知识经济时代,软件相关企业作为知识密集型企业的典型代表,知识创新是其发展的核心竞争力。知识只有在共享过程中才能实现创新,因此如何促进知识共享以提升企业核心竞争力是软件相关企业知识管理的重点。

X公司是一家以“软件服务”为核心的高新技术企业,主要服务于各大金融机构,其软件开发团队成员属于典型的知识型员工,但目前X公司现有的知识共享管理效率低下,已无法满足其发展需求。

本文以X公司软件开发团队为研究对象,运用知识管理成熟度模型和知识转移效能影响因素模型理论,通过问卷调查法和访谈法,从“组织文化”,“组织制度”,“知识共享平台”三个维度对X公司软件开发团队知识共享现状进行评估。本文以X公司软件开发团队成员为问卷发放对象,共计发放调查问卷94份。在问卷调查结果基础上结合访谈得出:“组织文化”维度中,X公司软件开发团队知识共享氛围欠佳、知识共享意愿低下、知识的缄默性导致其知识共享能力不足;“组织制度”维度中,X公司现有培训机制不够完善、传统的“以老带新”制度效果不佳、缺乏文档审核流程和知识共享激励保障制度;“知识共享平台”维度中,技术论坛部分技术专家参与度不高、知识应用效率低下且缺乏数据分析能力。

本文在前人知识共享相关理论基础上,结合调查分析结果得出X公司软件开发团队知识共享不足的主要原因是:知识共享文化缺失,X公司软件开发团队领导未发挥知识共享的带头作用,团队成员间沟通交流较少导致团队成员间信任缺失;知识共享保障制度不健全,现有培训制度不能够保障团队成员知识的沉淀与共享,并且没有相应的激励制度促进知识的共享;知识共享平台老旧,并未发挥其促进知识转移、共享与创新的作用。本文依据X公司实际情况,从组织文化、组织制度、知识共享平台三方面入手,分别提出提高软件开发团队知识共享水平的策略。

本文研究对X公司软件开发团队知识共享管理提供了重要参考,同时也为其他知识密集型企业的知识共享管理提供一定的参考价值和借鉴。

In the era of knowledge economy, software-related enterprises are typical representatives of knowledge-intensive enterprises, and knowledge innovation is the core competitiveness of their development. Innovation can only be achieved in the process of knowledge sharing, so how to promote knowledge sharing to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is the focus of knowledge management of software-related enterprises.

Company X is a high -tech enterprise with "software services" as its core, mainly serving major financial institutions. The members of the software development team are typical knowledgeable employees. However, at present, the existing knowledge sharing management efficiency of Company X has not been able to meet its development needs.

This article uses the company's software development team as the research object, and uses knowledge management maturity models and knowledge transfer efficiency to affect factors model theory, Through the questionnaire survey method and interview method, from the "organizational culture", "organizational system" and "knowledge sharing platform" The three dimensions evaluate the status quo of the knowledge sharing of the company's software development team. This article uses the member of the Software Development Team of Company as the questionnaire distribution object, a total of 94 questionnaires were issued. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, in combination with interviews: In the "organizational culture" dimension, the knowledge sharing atmosphere of the Software Development Team of X Company X is poorly shared, the willingness of knowledge sharing, and the silence of knowledge leads to insufficient knowledge sharing; the "organizational system" dimension , the existing training mechanism of Company X has insufficient training mechanism and the traditional "old -fashioned new" system, lack of document review process and knowledge sharing incentive guarantee system; in the dimension of "knowledge sharing platform" Not high, low knowledge application efficiency, and lack of data analysis capabilities.

Based on the relevant theory of the knowledge sharing of the predecessors, the main reason for the insufficient knowledge sharing of the X company's software development team in combined with the survey analysis results are: the lack of knowledge sharing culture, X Company software development team leaders have not played the leading role of knowledge sharing, , Less communication between members has led to lack of trust among team members; the knowledge sharing guarantee system is not sound, the existing training system cannot ensure the precipitation and sharing of the team members' knowledge, and there is no corresponding incentive system to promote the sharing of knowledge; Knowledge sharing platform is old,, did not play its role in promoting knowledge transfer, sharing and innovation. Based on the actual situation of Company X, this article starts from three aspects: organizational culture, organizational system, and knowledge sharing platform, and proposes a strategy to improve the level of knowledge sharing of software development teams.

This study provides an important reference for the knowledge sharing management of the company's software development team, it also provides a certain reference value and reference for the knowledge sharing management of other knowledge -intensive enterprises.
