练习与测试是e-Learning的重要环节,其作用不仅仅是让教师了解学生在学习过程中的学习状况,也是教师用以指导学生的重要手段。作为支持练习和测试的学习管理系统、试题库以及测试系统,随着e-Learning的发展,得到了迅速的普及。然而,不同系统在结构上的差异,以及对测试试题描述的不一致,导致平台之间不能互操作,大量的测试试题信息无法在平台之间共享,形成一个个信息孤岛,浪费了大量的教学资源。IMS全球学习联盟(IMS GLC)提出的练习和测试规范(IMS QTI)目前已成为开发测试试题以及学习管理系统的事实性标准。IMS QTI以实现试题作为教育资源在不同的教学平台中的可流通性作为目标,通过对测试试题的规范描述,实现其在不同平台之间的共享和可移植。目前国内外已有很多组织和机构对IMS QTI标准进行了相关研究。国外对IMS QTI标准的相关研究主要集中在开发支持IMS QTI标准的组件工具上,然而这些工具与系统之间耦合度太低,很难与系统进行数据交换。国内的相关研究主要集中在开发支持IMS QTI标准的平台上,但是并没有考虑现有的平台如何支持QTI标准。为了使现有的平台快速的支持QTI标准,本文提出了QTI引擎的解决方案,并设计开发了一套QTI引擎,使现有的平台与该引擎通过简单的集成便可以支持QTI标准。本文首先系统地分析了IMS QTI标准,随后详细介绍了该引擎的需求分析,系统设计,技术路线,主要模块实现等。最后介绍该引擎结合学习管理系统在移动终端练习测试中的应用模型和应用系统。本文研究的QTI引擎具有重要的应用价值,对QTI引擎开发研究上提供了参考模型,同时该引擎对现有学习管理系统的改造以及对IMS QTI标准的研究也具有借鉴意义。

Question and test, as an important part of e-Learning, not only give teachers a hand in mastering students' learning process, but also help teachers instruct students. With the development of e-Learning, LMS (Learning Management System), question bank and test system, as tools to support question and test, get a lot of popularity. Even so, it’s very difficult to share question and test resources between different systems due to the diversity of system architecture. Every system becomes an Information island, and then it wastes numerous instructional resources. IMS QTI which is proposed by IMS GLC has become a standard to develop question bank, test system and LMS. In IMS QTI, question and test are defined in accordance with a certain norms. And then question and test can be shared and migrated between different systems which are developed according to IMS QTI.At present, many organizations and institutions have done some researches on IMS QTI at home and abroad. Most of foreign researches focus on developing tools to support IMS QTI. While these tools have low degree of coupling with systems, so it's difficult to exchange data between these tools and system. At home, most of researches on IMS QTI focus on development of new systems which support IMS QTI, but ignoring the research on how to make existing systems to support IMS QTI. In order to make existing systems to support IMS QTI, this paper proposes a solution that is to design and develop an IMS QTI engine. By integrating with this engine, current systems will support QTI specification easily.This paper introduces IMS QTI specification and explains the requisition, design, technique structure, programming of main modules of this engine. At last, this paper introduces the application model and system of the engine used in test based on mobile devices. This engine is useful in practice and also helpful to study IMS QTI.
