班主任是学生人生的导师，是学校教育教学工作重要的管理者和实践者，班主任的工作积极性，对班主任工作顺利开展有极大的影响。目前班主任工作积极性受到外界因素的冲击，使得教师当班主任的意愿普遍不高。本项研究运用半结构访谈、问卷调查等方法以219名中学教师为样本，探讨了中学生伤害事故处理中班主任担责状况、处理学生伤害事故中学校对班主任安全责任是否明晰及学校态度对教师从事班主任工作的积极性是否有影响。在数据处理上，本研究采用t检验和卡方检验等分析手段。调查结果表明：（1）学校在学生伤害事故处理中，一味指责班主任或让班主任承担不合理责任，会影响教师当班主任的积极性；（2）在安全工作方面，部分学校能做到积极预防、依法管理，学校与教师之间的安全责任分工比较明晰。但在考察班主任担责状况中获得的学校态度构成比数据，显示低分与高分比例无差别，这表明在处理伤害事故中学校难以做出合理的处理。（3）教师都意识到班主任日常工作的细化，做到积极预防；对于班主任工作，绝大多数教师认为班主任工作是有界限的。

The Class Supervisor is supposed to be the mentor of students, the important administrator and practicer of school’s education and teaching affairs. The initiative of Class Supervisor, greatly affect the success of fulfilling their obligations. But it has been inevitably interfered by many external factors, which defeated teachers’ willingness of taking on the responsibility as Class Supervisor. By means of semi-structural interviews and surveys among 219 Middle School teachers as references, this research is aiming to discuss the situation of Class Supervisor’s liability in Middle School Injury Accidents, and if the school acknowledges of it, also if the initiative of Class Supervisor will be affected by how the school reacts to those injury accidents. Regarding data processing, this research adopted analysis approaches, such as T Test and Chi Square Test.The investigation result indicates: (1) Amid handling the student injury accident, if the school contributes fully liability to Class Supervisor or asks the Class Supervisor to take on unconscionable liabilities, it will defeat teachers’ willingness of being Class Supervisors; (2) Regarding safety precautions, some schools could ensure initiatively prevent, legally administrate, and the division of liability between the school and teacher is relatively perspicuous. The investigation’s statics shows the ratio of the constitution of School’s attitude towards the liability of Class Supervisor, there is no difference between high index and low index which manifests the school couldn’t handle injury accidents rationally; (3) Teachers are all aware of detailing the Class Supervisor’s daily responsibilities, ensure initiatively prevention; All the teachers reckon that there is limitation for Class Supervisor’s responsibility.
