学生会是学生自我组织、自我管理、自我服务、自我教育的学生自治组织,作为学生的优秀群体,学生会在校园里要认真树立自己的良好形象,从而发挥学生会在校园里的先锋模范作用;它同时也是学校落实国家德育政策、开展德育活动、培养学生综合素质的主阵地。学生会在自身的组织、管理、服务、教育过程中,在发挥先锋模范作用和落实国家德育政策的过程中,即受到外部因素的影响,又受到内部因素的制约。当前高中学生会自主管理过程中,其内部因素的制约和影响变得越来越重要,而使高中学生会德育功能能够得到实现的内部因素主要是学生会成员自身的德育素养。学生会成员的德育素养包括道德素质、公民素养、学习能力、交流与合作的能力、运动与健康的水平和审美与表现的水平。本文以凯里一中为例,以高中学生会成员作为研究对象,以学生会自主管理为研究背景,以学生会成员的德育素养为研究内容,通过文献研究、问卷调查、访谈和个人经验总结来探讨制约着学生会自主管理的实现和长远发展的内部因素,即以凯里一中为例,来探究自主管理背景下的学生会成员在德育素养方面主要存在的问题、问题的成因及对策。本文由四部分组成:第一部分是绪论。介绍了研究的缘起、目的与意义、思路与方法,对自主管理、德育及德育素养的概念作了界定,分析了本文的理论基础,同时也对国内外与之相关的研究成果作了一个详尽、细致的梳理和分析。第二部分用比较的方法对凯里一中学生会成员当前的德育素养现状做了调查,并根据调查的结果来归纳和总结凯里一中学生会成员在德育素养方面存在的问题。第三部分是根据第二部分的分析结果,梳理当前凯里一中学生会成员的德育素养现存问题的表征,并通过学生QQ群收集佐证信息,对问题的表征进行了原因分析。第四部分是以调查分析、访谈为依据,结合本人的工作经验来为解决当前存在的问题提出可行性的对策。本文研究的创新之处是:以前人与之相关研究成果为前提,选择民族地区的高中作为校本研究,结合自身的工作经验,以凯里一中的学生会成员为研究对象来探究其在自主管理背景下的德育素养方面所存的问题,并针对相应的问题来提出了实际可行的对策。

Students will be autonomous organization students self organization, self management, self education, self service, as an outstanding group of students, students must establish a good image of their own in the campus, so as to play a vanguard and exemplary role of student on campus; it is also the implementation of the national policy of school moral education, moral education, training activities the main position of students' comprehensive quality. Students in their own organization, management, service, education process, to play a vanguard and exemplary role and the process of implementation of the national education policy, which is influenced by external factors, but also restricted by the internal factors. The current high school students autonomous management process, has become restricts and influences the internal factors are becoming more and more important. The realization of the internal factors of the current high school students will function mainly members of their own students moral quality. The moral education of the student members including morality, civic literacy, learning ability, communication and cooperation skills, sports and health level and aesthetic and performance level. In this paper, Kaili No.1 high school as an example, the high school student council members as the object of study, the students autonomous management as the research background, the moral education of the members of the student as the research content, through literature research, questionnaire survey, interview and personal experience to explore the internal factors restrict the autonomous management and long-term development of the students that is, Kaili No.1 high school as an example, to explore the background of independent management of the student members of the main problems in the moral literacy problems, causes and Countermeasures for the problems.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction. Introduces the origin, purpose and significance, research ideas and methods and defines the concept of independent management, moral and moral literacy, analyzes the theoretical basis of this paper, and the research results of the domestic and foreign related also made a detailed and meticulous combing and analysis.The second part use the method of comparison of the first middle school students in Kaili will be members of the current moral quality status to do a survey, and based on the results of the investigation to the induction and the summary of the first middle school in Kaili students will be members in the moral literacy problems.The third part is based on the second part of the analysis, the existing problems were members of the moral education of the first middle school students in Kaili will sort out the current, and the students will collect evidence QQ group information, representation of the problem has carried on the reason analysis.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis, based on interviews, combined with my experience to put forward feasible countermeasures to solve the current problems.The innovation of this paper is: Previous studies related with results as the premise, minority area high school as a school-based research, combined with their own work experience, Kaili No.1 high school, students will be the member as the research object to explore the independent management under the background of moral literacy problems, and for the the corresponding problem put forward practical and feasible countermeasures to.
