本文从整个元代特殊的社会背景入手,采用比较分析法,文献综述法,对绘画作品直接进行分析等研究方法,从赵孟頫作品的艺术风格和在具体山水画技法语言的创新发展上来分析赵孟頫在宋元画风的转捩中的作用。包括总结赵孟頫的个人风格和艺术主张,思想观念、形式技法以及赵孟頫个人风格形成的客观原因、主观原因,以赵孟頫为线索,撩开他“师古”的面纱,探究他对中国山水画发展所起到的承上启下的作用,上承王维、李公麟、董源、巨然等名师,下启黄公望、倪瓒、王蒙等大家,在中国艺术风格演变史上,赵孟頫带着个人情感,站在前人的肩头,达到自我完成,最终对元代画风的建立以及后世产生深远影响。本文的创新点在于探究出赵孟頫式的白描式画风和渴笔山水画是如何得以形成的。

From the social background of Yuan Dynasty, this essay sums up Zhao Mengfu's style and his artistic views, including his ideas and techniques, and the objective and subjective reasons for the formation of his style through image analysis, comparative analysis and documentary research. Studying how Zhao Mengfu might have learned from the ancient painters, this essay also explores his transitional role in Chinese landscape painting, starting from Gu Wangwei, Li Gonglin, Dongyuan and Ju Ran to Huang Gongwang, Ni Zan and Wang Meng.With personal emotions and standing on the shoulders of predecessors, Zhao Mengfu achieved self-realization and finally exerted profound influence on the establishment of the style in Yuan Dynasty and later generations. This essay makes the contribution that it analyzes Zhao Mengfu's role in the transition of style in Song Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty through the style of his works and his innovation in techniques
