注意力缺陷多动障碍（Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD）通常被认为是儿童心理问题，而对成人注意力缺陷多动障碍的研究是近20多年才展开的，有研究表明ADHD个体由于核心症状带来的影响更容易存在低自尊的问题，另外有些成年期才获得诊断的ADHD个体更倾向于把以往的负性经验内归因，而维持在较低的自尊水平。 接纳与承诺疗法（Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT）作为第三代行为疗法之一，其干预目标是提高个体的心理灵活性，这和自尊的内涵即“自尊是为了让人们形成更有弹性的心理空间”有一致性，因此笔者试图用ACT对一例有低自尊问题的成人ADHD个体进行干预，旨在探索成人ADHD个体，尤其是成年期才获得诊断的成人个体潜在的低自尊问题及其低自尊水平对生活质量的影响，并首次尝试提出印证ACT对低自尊引发的生活问题干预的有效性假设。 整个干预过程从2018年11月底到2019年1月中旬，共进行了1次初始访谈，12次干预，1次结案评估，结案2个月后追加1次回访，在干预前后笔者使用了自尊量表、认知融合量表、接纳与承诺量表并结合访谈评估。研究表明接纳与承诺疗法对该成人ADHD个体由低自尊带来的情绪问题有明显改善，其自尊水平也有相应提升。

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is generally considered to be one of the psychological problems of children. ADHD in adults has not received sufficient attention, and research on this aspect has only been carried out for more than 20 years. These negative experiences can lead to negative self-evaluation. Studies have shown that adult ADHDs have lower levels of self-esteem than normal people. The author used the acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to intervene in the life problem of an adult ADHD patient, and selected the self-esteem dimension to observe its mediating role in the psychological problems of ADHD client. The entire intervention process starts from the end of November 2018 to mid-January 2019, which includes a total of 1 initial interview, 12 interventions, 1 settlement evaluation. It takes also more than one month’s return visits after the completion of the case. What’s more, the author uses psychological education and metaphor to promote the comprehension of the visitor.
