亲子关系是一个人一生中最重要的人际关系,它不仅对孩子的身心发展有重要的影响, 而且对孩子的个性特征、行为处事方式和各种社会关系的形成都有着不可估量的作用。良 好的亲子关系处理模式对孩子的身心健康成长和家庭的和谐有着至关重要的作用。本研究 将针对招募的初中生家长进行为期八周的短程焦点团体治疗,来探讨其对亲子关系的影响。 研究不仅可以丰富短程焦点团体治疗在亲子关系方向的实践研究,也为学校的心理咨询工 作和心理健康教育提出了新的思路。
本研究采取自愿报名的形式招募了珠海市某初中 20 名家长,在干预前后对家长进行 了 IIP-32 人际问题清单的前测,对其孩子实施了亲子关系诊断测验(PCRT)问卷。并将 其分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行了为期八周的短程焦点团体治疗(每周一次,每次
1.5 小时),对照组不干预。通过对干预结果的分析研究,得出如下结论:
(1)本干预有效改善了实验组家长的人际问题模式,在短程焦点团体治疗后,实验组家 长前后测人际模式总分有了显著的变化,这说明针对家长的八次亲子关系的短程焦点团体 治疗干预能够改善初中生家长的人际模式。
(2)通过对实验组家长的人际模式环状图分析,我们可以看到每个家长存在问题的维度 不同,改善的维度也不同,这说明每个家长在八次焦点团体治疗中的人际模式改善的维度 和程度是不同的。
(3)对八次为期八次的短程焦点团体治疗后,家长的人际模式得到了改善,亲子关系状 况也有了显著提升。这说明家长人际模式的改变有助于初中生亲子关系的改善。

Parent-child relationship is the most important interpersonal relationship in a person's life.It not only has an important influence on the physical and mental development of a child, but also plays an inestimable role in the child's personality, behavior and the formation of social relations.Good parent - child relationship processing mode plays a vital role in the physical and mental health growth and family harmony of junior high school students. This study will take eight weeks of short-term focus group therapy for the recruited parents of junior high school students to explore its influence on the relationship between parents and children. It can not only enrich the practical study of the focus brief group therapy in the direction of parent-child relationship,but also for the school's psychological counseling and mental health education a new way of thinking.
This study recruited 20 parents from a junior high school in Zhuhai by the form of voluntary registration.Before and after the intervention, a pre test of the IIP-32 interpersonal problem list was carried out for the parents, and carried out a Parent-Child Relationship Diagnostic Test (PCRT) questionnaire for their children.They were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with a eight week group of focus brief group therapy(Once a week, 1.5 hours each time), while the control group received no intervention. Through the experimental group and control group before and after the test results of the analysis and draw the following conclusions:
(1)This intervention effectively improved the pattern of interpersonal problems in experimental
group parents. After focus brief group therapy, the total score of interpersonal patterns measured by parents in the experimental group changed significantly, indicating that focus brief group therapy interventions on parents' parent-child relationship Improve the interpersonal patterns of parents of junior high school students.
(2)The analysis of the interpersonal circular graph of the parents of the experimental group,
we can see that the dimensions of each parent's problem are different,the dimensions of the improvement are also different.This shows that the dimensions and degrees of interpersonal pattern improvement in each parent in the eight focus brief group therapy are different.
(3)After eight sessions of eight focus brief group therapy, the interpersonal patterns of parents
have been improved and the status of parent-child relationship has also been significantly improved. This shows that the change of the parents' interpersonal patterns will help the improvement of the relationship between the parents and children of the junior high school students.
