基础教育第八次改革(以下简称为新课程改革)对语文教师传统的教育观念、教学行为提出了一定的挑战。因此若想要推进改革的实施,必须首先对教师旧有的观念与行为进行修正与提高。加强教师培训,是推广新课程理念,推进基础教育改革实施的重要途径之一,为此教育部组织并要求广大中小学教师积极参加培训,旨在通过培训来提高教师的专业水平和业务水平,以便新课程的推广与实施。从2001年新课程体系的实施到现在,基础教育第八次改革已走过了将近十年,在这十年里语文教师参与培训的积极性越来越低,进而导致培训没有发挥出其应有的效果,语文教师依然沿袭着其已有的教学行为,那么是什么因素导致了语文教师不愿意参加培训,本文将对这些因素进行探讨分析,以便改善语文教师的培训工作,促进新课程改革的推进与语文教师的专业化发展。

The 8th Basic Education Reform (hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum reform) made a great challenge on the concept of the traditional education and the teaching behavior of Chinese teacher, they can even be quite different. If we want to promote the implementation of the reform, teachers must modify and improve their concept and behavior. Strengthening the teacher training is one important way to promote the new curriculum concept and the implementation of basic education reform, so the Ministry of Education requires teachers to actively participate in training. Through the training the teachers’ professional level and operational level can be improved, so that the new curriculum can be popularized and implemented. In 2001, the new curriculum was implemented. From then on, 10 years passed, and the 8th Basic Education Reform went on. In the 10 years, the Chinese teachers who took part in the training becoming less and less enthusiasm, which led to the training does not play its due effect. The Chinese teachers still follow the past teaching behavior. So what factors led to the Chinese teachers do not want to participate the training? This article will explore this, in order to improve the training of Chinese teachers and promote the new curriculum reform and make the Chinese teachers more professional.
