国家现在比以往任何时候都更加重视创新,我们需要提升自主创新能力,用科技创新带动高质量发展,这样才能实现以创新为驱动力的内涵型经济增长。高管团队是企业培育发展新动力,优化各项资源和要素配置这个链条中的重要一环,研究清楚什么样的高管团队结构更能对创新起到积极作用就是具有重要意义的事情。鉴于以上分析,本研究立足于高阶梯队理论和资源基础观,通过固定效应模型检验我国上市公司的面板数据,站在企业微观层面,高管团队的组织视角上,探讨具有创业经历的高层管理人员对于公司的创新绩效的影响,以及其影响的深层传导机制。其结果显示,高管团队的创业经历对创新绩效有显著正向作用,并通过研发投入的部分中介效应对创新绩效产生影响,另外,其直接效应和间接效应都受到高管团队规模的正向调节作用。本研究创新地采用团队中有创业经历的人数来衡量团队的创业经验水平,使得能够从组织层面研究公司高管团队的理想配置;本研究拓展完善了高层管理团队的特征对于公司创新水平影响的研究;本研究立足于中国本土情况,采用中国数据,佐证了国外对于相关研究的一致性。

The country now attaches more importance to innovation than ever before. We need to enhance our capacity for independent innovation and use scientific and technological innovation to drive high-quality development. Only in this way can we achieve innovation-driven economic growth with connotation. The top management team is an important link in the chain of cultivating new driving force for the development of enterprises and optimizing the allocation of various resources and factors. It is of great significance to study what kind of top management team structure can play a more positive role in innovation. In view of the above analysis, this study based on the theory and resource-based view, upper echelon through the fixed effect model to examine the panel data of Chinese listed companies, standing on the micro level of the enterprise, organization perspective of executive team, explores entrepreneurial experience of top management for the company's innovation performance, the effects of deep transmission mechanism and its influence. The results show that the entrepreneurial experience of top management team has a significant positive effect on innovation performance, and has an impact on innovation performance through part of the mediating effect of R&D investment. In addition, the direct and indirect effects are positively moderated by the size of top management team. This research innovatively uses the number of entrepreneurial experience in the team to measure the level of entrepreneurial experience of the team, which makes it possible to study the ideal configuration of the company's top management team from the organizational level. This study expands and improves the research on the influence of the characteristics of the top management team on the level of innovation; This study is based on the local situation of China and uses Chinese data to prove the consistency of relevant studies abroad.
