随着我国经济开始进入新常态,增速放缓,就业压力不断增加,考研提升学历成为很多毕业生和职场人士的选择。因此,考研市场具有巨大的发展空间。因此,设计出一款可以满足考生需求,解决备考中问题的学习产品具有较高的实用价值。本文主要针对考研英语的阅读部分来设计相关产品。首先本文通过综述相关理论,确定了阅读理解的构成维度,即以词、句的识别与理解为主的初级认知过程,和以构建关于文章的内容图式与结构图式,并且利用图式进行自上而下式的阅读为主的高级认知过程。并且在确定阅读的构成维度后分析各维度下考生存在的问题,在此基础上确定有利于用户提高英语阅读水平从而获得理想成绩的理论方法,为后文的用户研究及产品设计提供理论框架。在此基础上,对市场上已有产品进行竞品分析,并且通过竞品分析发现,当下主流产品的辅助功能集中在单词释义和句子翻译,但在文章逻辑框架分析,帮助考生构建图式方面有所欠缺。因此,解决用户高级认知维度的问题可以作为本次设计与其他产品的差异点。然后本文开始进行用户研究,主要方式为问卷调查和半结构化访谈。通过用户研究可以确定用户的需求基本与理论综述与竞品分析得出的结论一致,但也发现了社区的建设有利于用户在备考过程中得到社会性支持,维持学习动机,这是理论综述与竞品分析中未挖掘出的需求,同样也成为了本此设计与其他产品的一个差异点。在前期的调研结果的基础上本文开始进行产品的原型设计。实现的功能有:页面单词查询,单词收录并复习,文章主题分类及推荐,句子成分查询,句子翻译查询,句子逻辑功能查询,文章背景知识查询以及评论区。并且对原型进行了可用性测试,在得到相应反馈后进行一轮迭代优化,修改了查单词,分析句子以及复习单词的呈现及交互方式,使得产品设计更加完善和符合用户需求。最后将对本次研究进行总结和展望,以及反思本次研究中还存在的问题与不足,为后续工作指明迭代方向。 |

As China's economy begins to enter a new normal with slowing growth and increasing employment pressure, postgraduate study has become a new demand of many undergraduates and career professionals to further their competition. As a result, the market for preparing the entrance examine of graduate schools has dramatically growing quickly in recent years. Therefore, it is of high practical value to design a product that can meet the needs of these population. In this study, we focus on the reading comprehension of the English examination. Firstly, we reviewed the relevant theories and identified the components of reading comprehension, namely, the primary cognitive process, which focuses on the recognition and comprehension of words and sentences, and the advanced cognitive process, which focuses on the construction of content and structure schemas about the text and the use of the schemas for top-down reading. In addition, we analyze the problems of the users in each component after determining the components of reading comprehension, and on this basis, we identify the theoretical methods that can help users improve their English reading capacity and achieve the desired results, and provide a theoretical framework for the user research and product design later. Then we conducted competitive analysis of existing products in the market. Through the competitive analysis, it is found that the auxiliary functions of the current mainstream products focus on word interpretation and sentence translation, but not focus on the analysis of the logical framework of articles and helping candidates to construct schemas. Therefore, solving the problem of advanced cognitive process of users can make this design distinctive from other products. Then we started the user research based on the theoretical review and the competitive analysis, mainly by questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Through the user research, it can be determined that the users' needs are basically consistent with the conclusions of the theoretical review and competitive analysis, but it is also found that the construction of the community is conducive to the social support of users in the process of exam preparation and the maintenance of study motivation, which is a need not explored in the theoretical review and competitive analysis, and also becomes a point of difference between this design and other products. We carried out the prototype design of the product based on the results of the preliminary research. The functions implemented are: instant word query, word collection and review, article topic classification and recommendation, sentence composition query, sentence translation query, sentence logic function query, article background knowledge query and comment section. The prototype was tested for usability, and after receiving feedback, a round of iterative optimization was carried out to modify the presentation and interaction of word query, sentence analysis and word review to make the product design more perfect and meet user needs. Finally we summarized the study and reflects on the problems and shortcomings of the study, and points out the direction of future development. |
