教师的专业发展水平是影响幼儿园教育教学质量的重要因素。在新一轮课改的时代背景下,社会对教师的专业发展提出了新要求,而如何使教师专业能力满足社会需求是当前区级教研室在引领教师在职发展的工作中需要重点思考的问题。人力资本、社会资本、决策资本共同构成了教师专业资本的结构,为分析教师专业发展水平提供了新框架,同时也为教研室反思工作水平、促进教师专业发展提供了新视角。 本研究以H区教师进修学校学前教研室引领的五大领域骨干教师研修项目为个案,以专业资本为基本视角,在广泛收集了研究数据和资料的基础上,首先分析了五大领域骨干教师研修项目的组织实施情况;其次对参与研修的学员教师的专业资本发展水平及其所在的教师专业学习共同体的建构水平做出了评估;再次,基于研修项目中学员教师的真实反馈,进一步深入探讨了教师专业学习共同体对教师专业资本积累的积极影响及具体表现。 研究结果显示,五大领域骨干教师研修项目在顶层设计上较为完善,但在具体的组织实施中仍存在突出问题;学员教师的专业资本水平整体上处于中等水平,教师所在的教师专业学习共同体的构建水平较好;教师专业学习共同体是教师进行专业资本积累的有效组织形式,对提升教师个人知识技能、促进教师专业发展、改进教师专业实践产生了积极影响。 基于以上研究结果,从教师专业资本的视角出发,笔者对教研室进一步完善该项目的组织与实施提出了三点可行性建议,反思了本研究中存在的局限性与不足,并对接下来的教师专业资本研究作出展望。 |

The professional development level of teachers is an important factor that affects the quality of kindergarten education and teaching. Under the context of the new curriculum reform, the society has put forward new requirements for teachers ’professional development. Teachers 'professional abilities need to meet the requirements that the current district-level teaching and research department ask think about in guiding teachers' on-the-job development. Human capital, social capital, and decision capital constitute the structure of teacher professional capital, which provides a new framework for analyzing the professional development level of teachers, and also provides a new perspective for the office of teaching research to reflect their working level and promote teacher’s professional development. This study takes the five major field teacher training projects led by the preschool teaching and research department of the H District Teacher Training School as a case, takes professional capital as the basic perspective. Also the study is Based on the extensive collection of research data and information it first analyzes Organizational implementation of the major field of master teacher training programs;Secondly, the author makes an assessment of the professional capital development level of the trainee teachers participating in the training and the construction level of the professional learning community, where the teachers are located; The positive impact and specific performance of teachers' professional capital accumulation will be in the further discussion. The research results show that the master teacher training programs in the five major areas are relatively complete in the top-level design, but there are still outstanding problems in the specific organization and implementation; the professional capital level of the trainee teachers is generally at a medium level, The teacher ’s professional learning community is positive. the teacher professional learning community is an effective organizational form for teachers to accumulate professional capital, which has a positive impact on improving teachers' personal knowledge and skills, promoting teacher professional development, and improving teacher professional practice. Based on the above research results, from the perspective of teacher professional capital, the author puts forward three feasible suggestions for further improvement of the organization and implementation of the project in the teaching and research department, and reflects on the limitations and deficiencies in this research Capital Research makes an outlook. |
