儿童是国家的未来和希望,他们的健康成长关系到社会的繁荣与稳定。因此,为儿童创造一个安全、舒适、有益的成长环境,是社会义不容辞的责任,儿童友好型社区建设正是为了实现这一目标而提出的重要举措。本文以两江“智汇少年”成长项目为例,采用参与式观察法与访谈法,结合儿童视角,以“为儿童”作为行动目标,研究项目在J社区场域下的实践情况,并从生态系统理论出发分析活动的成效与不足,以提出社会工作专业方法补充到项目实践中的优化建议。 研究发现,微观层面上看,儿童友好型社区建设实践有助于培养儿童的归属感与责任感,提高儿童在社区的受重视程度,充分锻炼儿童的各项能力;中观层面上看,有助于帮助社区儿童建立朋辈网络,增进社区居民之间的互动联系。尽管项目在建设实践中取得一定成效,但仍有些许不足之处。从微观分析,儿童对活动的持续性参与动力不足;从中观分析,家长对项目内容缺乏深入了解,存在诸多顾虑。此外,在队伍建设中出现了社会工作专业人才数量不足且专业能力不充分、志愿者队伍人员流动性大、服务质量不高等问题;从宏观分析,儿童友好型社区建设儿童友好文化宣传力度弱,未能有效辐射社区更多主体。 为了进一步优化儿童友好型社区建设方案,以提高项目质量,探索一条社会工作介入儿童友好型社区建设的实践路径。本文结合社会工作专业方法,从微观系统、中观系统、宏观系统三个层次进行探讨。首先,在微观系统中,应积极建立儿童参与的长期激励机制,细化活动年龄层次的分类,从而提高儿童参与兴趣;其次,在中观系统中,不仅要转变家长观念,认识到活动价值,还要积极推动社会工作人才队伍建设,不断增强专业能力,同时也要做好志愿者队伍的扩充及管理制度的完善。最后,在宏观系统中,应加强儿童友好文化的宣传范围,创新宣传方式,以扩大儿童友好文化的社会影响力,共创儿童友好的社会环境。 |

Children are the future and hope of the country, and their healthy growth is related to the prosperity and stability of society. Therefore, creating a safe, comfortable and beneficial environment for children to grow up is a responsibility incumbent on society, and the construction of child-friendly communities is an important initiative to realize this goal. In this paper, taking the Liang Jiang “wisdom youth” Growth Project as an example, adopt participatory observation and interview method, combine the children's perspective, take “for children” as the goal of the action, study the practice of the project in the J-community field, and analyze the effectiveness and shortcomings of the activities from the perspective of ecosystem theory, in order to put forward a proposal for the social and social development of the children's community. The study also analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of the program from the perspective of ecosystem theory, in order to propose optimization suggestions for the addition of social work professional methods to the program practice. The study found that at the micro level, the practice of child-friendly community building helps to cultivate children's sense of belonging and responsibility, increase the degree of children's importance in the community, and fully exercise children's abilities; at the meso level, it helps to help children build peer networks and improve the interaction between community residents. Although the project has achieved certain results in construction practice, there are still some shortcomings. At the micro level, the children were not motivated to participate in the activities on a sustainable basis; at the meso level, the parents lacked in-depth understanding of the content of the program and had a lot of concerns. In addition, in the team building, there are problems such as insufficient number of social work professionals and their professional capacity, high mobility of volunteers, and poor service quality; and in the macro analysis, the child-friendly culture of child-friendly community building is not sufficiently publicized, and it fails to effectively radiate to more subjects in the community. In order to further optimize the child-friendly community building program so as to enhance the quality of the project and explore a practical path for social work intervention in child-friendly community construction. This paper integrates a professional method of social work to explore the three dimensions of micro- system, meso-system, and macro- system. Firstly, in the micro system, a long-term incentive mechanism for children's participation should be actively established, and the classification of age levels of activities should be refined, so as to increase the interest of children's participation; secondly, in the meso system, not only the concept of parents should be changed to recognize the value of the activities, but also the construction of social work talents should be actively promoted to continuously enhance the professional capacity, and at the same time, the expansion of the volunteer team and the improvement of the management system should be done well. Finally, in the macrosystem, the publicity scope of child-friendly culture should be strengthened and the publicity methods should be innovated in order to expand the social influence of child-friendly culture and create a child-friendly social environment. |
