当前，随着社会主义发展进入新时期，我国步入了社会转型的关键阶段。百 年未有之大变局的到来，使全球范围内意识形态的斗争形势愈加严峻。在此背景 下，“躺平”思潮利用社会转型期诸多矛盾所带来的民众不满情绪，借助网络流 媒体平台迅速发展壮大。对于思想相对活跃且频繁接触互联网的青年大学生群体 产生了巨大的负面影响。不仅改变了他们的人生观、世界观、价值观，也在意识 形态领域潜移默化地削弱着马克思主义主流思想的地位。青年大学生是新时代推 进社会主义建设、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中坚力量。因此，针对大学生群体的 “躺平”现象进行梳理研究，抓住现象背后的思想本质，有针对性地分析出原因、 影响并提出应对策略，对巩固我国意识形态领域安全、强化大学生主流意识形态 教育有重要的理论意义与现实意义。本文以“当代大学生躺平现象及价值引导研 究”为主题，从理论基础、实证分析、社会成因、消极影响、应对策略五个方面 开展论述：第一章为“躺平亚文化的相关概述”，首先从“躺平”思潮的形成与 发展过程入手，从叙事语境与主要表征两个方面，确定大学生躺平现象的特点与 躺平思潮的内在属性。第二章为“大学生躺平现象的实证研究”，通过问卷和访 谈两种调研形式收集信息，借助算法进行数据梳理。首先介绍实证研究的方法、 工具、被试情况与过程。其次，结合问卷数据和访谈内容，采用群体宏观到个人 微观、思想层面到行为层面的逻辑，对大学生躺平现象进行逐步分析。第三章为 “大学生躺平现象的产生原因”，通过对经济基础、社会环境、文化氛围多维度 进行考量，全面把握导致大学生躺平现象的深层原因。第四章为“大学生躺平现 象的消极影响”，从个人与社会两个角度出发，客观理性地分析躺平思潮在大学 生群体中散播所带来的消极影响。第五章为“大学生躺平现象的应对策略”，该 部分选择了党和国家、社会治理、高校建设三个主体层面，针对躺平现象的成因， 有针对性地提出多措并举的全面应对策略。

Currently, with the development of socialism entering a new period, China has entered a crucial stage of social transition. The arrival of a century-long unprecedented great upheaval has made the situation of ideological struggle globally increasingly severe. Under this background, the "laying-back" trend has taken advantage of the dissatisfaction among the public brought about by numerous contradictions in the period of social transition, and has rapidly developed and grown with the help of internet streaming platforms. It has had a huge negative impact on the young and college students who are relatively active in thought and frequently exposed to the internet. It not only changes their outlook on life, the world and values, but also subtly undermines the dominant position of Marxist mainstream ideology in the ideological field. Young and college students are the backbone force of promoting socialism and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and analyze the "laying-back" phenomenon among college students, grasp the ideological essence behind the phenomenon, analyze the causes, effects and put forward countermeasures in a targeted manner, which is conducive to consolidating the security of ideological field in our country and strengthening the mainstream ideological education of college students. This paper, with the theme of "The Lying Flat Phenomenon Among Contemporary College Students and Its Value Guidance Research," conducts discussions from five aspects: theoretical basis, empirical analysis, social causes, negative impacts, and countermeasures. Chapter 1 is titled "An Overview of the Lying Flat Subculture," which starts by examining the formation and development of the "lying flat" trend, and then identifies the characteristics of the lying flat phenomenon among college students and the inherent attributes of the lying flat trend from two perspectives: narrative context and main manifestations. Chapter 2 is titled "Empirical ABSTRACT III Research on the Lying Flat Phenomenon Among College Students," which collects information through questionnaires and interviews and uses algorithms to sort the data. First, it introduces the methods, tools, subjects, and process of the empirical study. Then, it analyzes the lying flat phenomenon among college students step by step by combining the questionnaire data and interview content, using the logic of going from the group to the individual, from the thought level to the behavior level. Chapter 3 is titled "The Social Causes of the Lying Flat Phenomenon Among College Students," which comprehensively grasps the deep-seated causes of the lying flat phenomenon by considering economic foundation, social environment, and cultural atmosphere from multiple dimensions. Chapter 4 is titled "The Negative Impacts of the Lying Flat Phenomenon Among College Students," which analyzes the negative impacts of the lying flat trend in the college student population from both individual and social perspectives in a rational and objective manner. Chapter 5 is entitled "Countermeasures against the Lying-flat Phenomenon Among College Students," which selects three subject-level entities of the Party and the state, social governance, and college construction, and puts forward comprehensive countermeasures with multi-pronged approaches in response to the causes of the lying-flat phenomenon.
