水产品是优质动物蛋白、微量营养元素等的重要来源,而中国是全球水产产量及出口量最大的国家,水产养殖过程中产生的污染物对环境具有一定的负面影响。本研究利用平面激光诱导荧光技术(PLIF),在室内水槽进行物理模型实验,利用平面刚性金属编织网模拟水产养殖网箱的局部结构,使用荧光染料罗丹明B模拟保守污染物在恒定均匀流之中的输移扩散,使用高速CCD相机拍摄染料随水流动的瞬时图像,经过处理得到时均浓度分布,并基于高斯扩散模型对浓度数据进行拟合,计算横向扩散系数等表征污染物扩散特性的参数,描述网衣属性对污染物输移扩散过程的影响。实验结果表明,染料浓度在网衣下游横向成高斯分布,网衣的存在抑制了污染物在近区的横向扩散,抑制效果随网衣密实度的增加而增强。实验结果可为进一步建立精确的网箱养殖污染物传质模型提供实验数据基础,并对网箱养殖的生态环境效应研究提供借鉴。

Aquatic products are important sources of high-quality animal protein and micronutrients. China is the country with the largest output and export volume of aquatic products in the world. The pollutants produced in the process of aquaculture have a certain negative impact on the environment. In this study, plane laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF) technology was used to carry out physical model experiments in an indoor flume, and metal woven nets were used to simulate for the local structure of aquaculture cage, the fluorescent dye (Rhodamine B) was used to simulate the transport and diffusion of conservative pollutants in constant uniform flow. The instantaneous image of dye flowing with water was captured by high-speed CCD camera. The concentration data was fitted based on Gaussian diffusion model, and the transverse diffusion coefficient and other parameters characterizing the diffusion characteristics of pollutants were calculated. The experimental results show that the existence of net can inhibit the lateral diffusion of pollutants in the near field, and the inhibition effect increases with the increasing of net solidity. The experimental results can provide experimental data basis for further establishment of mass transfer model of pollutants in cage culture, and provide reference for the study of eco-environmental effects about cage culture.
