本论文采用均相沉淀法成功制备了一系列稀土金属离子Ln3+(本文选择了Ln3+ = Eu3+,Tb3+)掺杂MgAl-层状双金属氢氧化物(MgAl-LDHs)。使用NaNO3-HNO3溶液处理以将Ln3+掺杂LDH层间的碳酸根离子交换为硝酸根离子。将离子交换反应后的稀土离子掺杂LDH在甲酰胺中剥离形成纳米片,并将两种纳米片按照不同比例混合并使其自组装形成混合LDH发光材料。使用XRD,FT-IR和荧光分析对制备的稀土发光材料的结构,组成和光致发光性质进行了表征。结果表明Eu3+和Tb3+掺杂的LDH结晶性良好,但晶体形态缺陷随着层内Ln3+的量而增大。混合LDH发光材料根据其所含Eu3+和Tb3+比例不同显示出不同颜色的荧光。XRD结果显示,混合LDH发光材料结晶度较差。

In this work, a series of lanthanide Ln3+ ions (in the present work, Ln3+ = Eu3+, Tb3+) doped MgAl-layered double hydroxides (MgAl-LDHs) were successfully prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. The carbonate anions between the layers of Ln3+-doped LDHs were ion-exchanged by nitrate anions after treated by NaNO3-HNO3 solution. After the ion-exchange reaction the Ln3+-doped LDHs can easily delaminated in formamide. The two kinds of nanosheets were mixed in different proportions and allowed to self-assemble in order to form hybrid LDH materials. The structures, compositions, and photoluminescence properties of all these rare-earth functional compounds were characterized through XRD, FT-IR and Fluorescence analyses. Both Eu3+ and Tb3+ doped LDHs are well-crystallized, while the crystalline morphology imperfection increases with the quantities of Ln3+ in the layers. The hybrid LDH materials show different colors of fluorescence depending on the ratio of Eu3+ and Tb3+ contained. However, hybrid LDHs are poor-crystallized according to the XRD results.
