心理传记学结合了人格心理学、心理历史学、文学等多领域，是将心理学研究推广到人们日常生活的重要途径。但在心理传记学研究中，如何保证研究方法和结果的客观性，一直是个关键问题。儒家心理资产与债务理论，独创了两个编码工具，提高了心理传记学研究的客观性与真实性。2011年至2018年，已有30位研究者运用儒家心理资产与债务理论，实证研究了44位中外杰出人物的47本个人传记。前人研究虽然成果显著，但研究对象全部集中于中、美、欧、苏、日、韩等较发达的国际大国，还未涉及过拉丁美洲地区的杰出人物。卡斯特罗作为古巴前国家领导人和杰出的社会主义政治家，历史和文化背景独特，作为补充样本，研究价值较大。 因此，本研究将以《论语管理素质编码手册》（李庆安等，2011）、“儒家心理资产与债务快速编码系统”（李庆安，2016）为编码工具，以SPSS 22.0软件为数据分析工具，以卡斯特罗的传记《菲德尔·卡斯特罗访谈传记 我的一生》（拉莫内，2008）为研究材料进行深层编码和数据统计，探讨卡斯特罗的人格特征，重点包含三方面内容：（1）卡斯特罗儒家心理资产的结构与发展有何特征？（3）卡斯特罗儒家心理债务的结构与发展有何特征？（3）与其他杰出政治家相比较，卡斯特罗的人格结构有何特点？ 本研究主要发现以下三点结果： （1）卡斯特罗儒家心理资产三级品质共计166项，总频次4423次，排名前十五位的关键品质依次为明GFA（理解能力）、劳AXC（劳作行动）、变FWA（变通变革）、为政ABB（主持政事）、语FAA（表达能力）、功AWH（功绩成就）、嘉EJE（赞美表扬）、友EHC（被支持）、刚GWH（刚强）、友ACA（支持他人）、公AWI（公正无私）、信+我AWF+FCE（自信）、谋AFA（谋划）、爱人CIE（爱护他人）、良AAB（善良厚道）。这15项品质累计出现了2885次，占卡斯特罗儒家心理资产的65.23%。 （2）卡斯特罗儒家心理债务三级品质共计67项，总频次1346次，排名前十五位的核心品质依次为“友-EHC-”（得不到支持）、“意FCB”（主观推断）、“责FXD”（责备）、“同-FEB-”（反对排斥）、“忿ECB”（愤怒）、“不说AOB”（不高兴）、“旧恶GCB”（旧怨）、“欲AXE”（欲望）、“怨AXD”（埋怨）、“必FCC”（必须执意）、“公-AWI-”（不公正）、“功-”（失败）、“惑EEA”（疑惑）、“功-+怀”（挫折感）、“争FKB”（争斗）。这15项品质累计出现了1003次，占卡斯特罗儒家心理债务的74.52% （3）卡斯特罗与其他五位杰出政治家相比，儒家心理资产结构具有高度一致性，儒家心理债务结构具有一定差异性。

Psychology biographies combines personality psychology, psychology history, literature and many other fields, and is an important way to extend psychological research to people's daily life. However, in the study of psychobiography, how to ensure the objectivity of research methods and results has always been a key issue. Confucian psychological assets and liabilities theory, created two coding tools, which improved the objectivity and authenticity of psychobiographic research. From 2011 to 2018, 30 researchers have used Confucian psychological assets and liabilities theory to empirically study 47 personal biographies of 44 Chinese and foreign outstanding figures. Although the results of previous studies are remarkable, the research objects are all concentrated in the more developed international countries such as China, the United States, Europe, the Soviet Union, Japan and South Korea, and have not yet touched the Latin American region of the third world. As a former Cuban national leader and an outstanding socialist politician, Castro has a unique historical and cultural background. As a supplementary sample, the research value is great. Therefore, this study will use the Handbook of Quality Management of the Analects of Confucius (Li Qing'an et al., 2011), the Fast Coding Tools of Confucian Psychological Assets and confucian psychological Liabilities (Li Qing'an, 2016) and SPSS 22.0 software as research tools, with the biography of Fidel Castro—my life (Ramonet, 2008) for deep coding of research materials, exploring three research questions: (1)The structure and development of Castro's confucian psychological assets; (2)The structure and development of Castro's confucian psychological liabilities; (3) Compared with other prominent politicians, what are the similarities and differences between Castro's personality structure ?This study mainly found the following three results: (1)There are 166 third-class quality of Castro Confucian psychological assets, with a total frequency of 4423 times. The key qualities of the top 15 are: Understanding, Labor, Change, Leadership, Speech, Achievement, Praise, Be supported, Staunch, Support others, Impartial, Confidence, Plan, Love others, Kindness. These 15 qualities totaled 2,885 times, accounting for 65.23% of Castro's Confucian psychological assets. (2)There are 67 third-class quality of Castro Confucian psychological liabilities, with a total frequency of 1346 times. The core qualities of the top 15 are: Not supported, Deduce, Blame, Exclusion, Anger, Not happy, Previous error, Desire, Complain, Stubborn, Not fair, Fail, Doubt, Frustration, fight. These 15 qualities have accumulated 1003 times, accounting for 74.52% of Castro’s Confucian psychological liabilities. (3)Compared with the other five outstanding politicians, Castro has a very high degree of similarity in the structure of Confucian psychology assets, and certain differences in the structure of Confucian psychological liabilities.
