我国由国家课程开发模式向国家、地方和学校三级课程开发模式的转变,确立了校本课程在国家宏观课程体系中的地位。校本课程要求融合社会生活的某些方面,关注学校特色和学生的现实需求,这样校本课程的实现水平和实现范围在很大程度上取决于校本课程资源的丰富性和适切性,这就要求拓展校本课程资源空间。社区中有着各种丰富且有价值的生物学课程资源,包括社区人力资源、文化资源和物质环境资源。社区还是学生长期生活的地方,在社区中开发利用校本课程资源,既贴近社会实际,又贴近学生的真实生活。这样易于满足学生的现实需求,也可以更好地体现“科学—技术—社会(STS)”的教育思想。本文首先对校本课程资源的相关理论进行了综述,并对校本课程资源开发的国内外研究进展和现状进行了分析。在此基础上,以北京市朝阳区和平街一中为研究对象,就学校和生物教师开发利用社区生物课程资源的现状进行了调查研究,对学生和家长进行了需求和态度分析。调查研究表明:学校和教师对于开发利用社区课程资源的意义、价值和重要性认识不到位,对社区课程资源的开发和利用缺乏动力;大多数的学生都希望学校的课程不仅仅局限于校园内部,而是能走出校园,与他们身边的实际生活相联系,到校外社区广阔的空间中学习和体验;绝大多数家长都很支持学校开发利用社区的各种课程资源来开展教育活动。依据这些结论和存在的问题,笔者进行了思考和分析并提出了相应的建议。笔者还对和平街一中周围社区内可供开发利用的生物校本课程资源进行了初步的调查统计和分析。根据统计到的社区生物课程资源情况、学校实际和学生的需求情况初步拟定了一些高中生物校本课程选题。

With the lift-over of national monopoly, curriculum now can be developed at local and school level. School-based curriculum is playing in increasing role in complementing the official national and provincial curriculum. The school-based curriculum has the advantages of better reflecting the aspects of local social life, school characteristics and the practical needs of students. The scope and level of its use to a large extent depends on the richness and relevance of the school-based curriculum resources available. This requires expansion of the school-based curriculum resources.There are a variety of valuable biology curriculum resources in community that can be integrated into school-based curriculum, including human, cultural and environmental features. Community is a place where students live for a long time, school-based curriculum based on community can better reflect the social reality and the students’ real life, making it easier to meet the needs of students, and also better to reflect the educational thought of “Science - Technology – Society (STS)”.In this paper, author first reviewed the history and current status of the school-based curriculum resources home and abroad. On that basis, the author conducted a survey on the present situation of developing and using biology curriculum resources in community by the school and the biology teachers at Hepingjie No. 1 middle school in Chaoyang district of Beijing. The attitude of students and parents was also investigated and analyzed. The result shows that there is inadequate understanding of the meaning, value and importance of developing and using biology curriculum resources in community, among school managers and teachers, resulting in lack of interest in its use; most of the students view it favorably, hoping that curriculum in school is not limited to campus, but off campus, linked with the real life around them, so that they could learn and experience in the vast space in community; most of the parents support the school in developing and using various curriculum resources in community. Based on the findings of the investigation, the author discussed the prospects and potential difficulties in biology school-based curriculum development in senior high school.The author also inventories the biology school-based curriculum resources available in communities adjacent to the school. A list of optional themes for biology school-based curriculum has been recommended based on the biology curriculum resources in community, actual situation of the school and the needs of students.
