20世纪90年代以后,我国流动人口规模数量在不断增大的同时,人口结构也发生了变化。最显著的结构变化之一是流动人口的“家庭化”过程,即在流动人口中,越来越多的人不再以过去“单身外出”的方式外出,而是以“举家迁徙”方式进入城市务工经商,家庭化的趋势、移民定居的趋势逐步扩大。在这一过程中产生一个新的城市弱势群体——流动儿童。当前中国城乡生活环境差异显著,严重影响流动儿童对城市社会的适应度，从而导致他们会出现不同程度的身心健康发展的问题，如若不及时加以正确地帮助、引导，将影响流动儿童的社会化、自我等关键特质的发展，也可能会深陷被社会边缘化的境地。以往针对流动儿童的研究多是从社会学和心理学出发，侧重于理论探讨研究，较少关注对流动儿童服务的实务操作。本文运用小组工作的方法，结合优势视角理论和人在环境中理论，针对当地社区流动儿童提供以传统文化为主题的社会工作专业服务。首先，介绍小组实施的项目背景和小组需求评估；再次，介绍小组的具体服务方案及实施过程；最后，针对小组实施的评价及反思。经过评价，小组结构发展良好，组员对活动的满意度高，流动儿童的自信心和个人能力提高，对社区具有归属感；小组的活动形式具有合适性，可以有效地促使流动儿童内化活动的理念和内容。小组工作者具有专业性，能最大化地提升活动的服务质量，保证服务效果的实现。对小组活动的局限性反思，如果要提高社会工作实务项目的介入效果，需要做出进一步的调整：一是针对流动儿童的小组活动可以发展成为成熟的项目，提高小组活动的可持续性，保证服务质量。建立多方合作的模式提升资源的整合能力，避免一方因为某种原因撤离而导致项目无法进行的现象。二是实务社会工作者的角色进步的定位。针对流动儿童社区融入的社会工作实务活动，社会工作者除了是活动领导者外，还应该承担政策倡导者的角色。针对中国流动儿童产生的原因，社工应从推动当地政府改善政策入手，建立流动儿童的福利政策，尽力消除对他们的不公平待遇及歧视。

This led them to varying degrees of physical and mental development, if not timely help guide them properly, it will affect the flow of child socialization, self-development and other key qualities, and therefore may be a situation in deep social marginalization.More than ever is a departure from the study of sociology and psychology of migrant children, focusing on research theoretical discussion, less attention to the practical operation of mobile services for children. In this paper, the use of group work approach, combining the advantages of the perspective of the theory and the theory of people in the environment, provided the theme of the traditional culture of professional social work services for the local community of migrant children. Firstly, the project background and the implementation team needs assessment team; again, the specific service plan presentation team and the implementation process; and finally, evaluation and implementation for reflection group.After the assessment, the development of good team structure, members expressing satisfaction with the activities, self-confidence and personal ability to improve migrant children, the community has a sense of belonging; activities in small groups with a suitable resistance, can effectively promote the flow of activities for children in the concept and content. Has a professional team of staff can maximize improve the quality of service activities, to ensure implementation of the service results. Reflection on the limitations of group activities, if you want to improve the effectiveness of social work practice intervention programs, need to make further adjustments: one for the group activities of migrant children can develop into mature projects to improve the sustainability of activities to ensure service effect. Establish multilateral cooperation modes enhance the ability to integrate resources, to avoid the withdrawal of the party for some reason which led to the phenomenon of the project can not be carried out. Second, the role of social workers practice progressive positioning. For migrant children into the community activities of social work practice, social workers in addition to the active leader, it should also assume the role of policy advocate. The reason for the Chinese migrant children generated, social workers should promote policies to improve the local government to start to establish welfare policy migrant children, try to eliminate their unfair treatment and discrimination.
