本研究基于生涯适应力理论的研究进展，对国内研究涉及甚少的青少年的生涯适应力的影响因素进行探索。本研究选取目前在国外研究中取得重要进展的青少年感知到的“父母特定生涯支持”对“生涯适应力”的影响研究，探索生涯适应力影响因素的中国文化背景之下的适用性。另外本研究还关注“教师一般支持”这一变量对于青少年“生涯适应力”的影响。本研究通过逾3000名中学生数据的收集对假设进行验证，结果显示：父母特定生涯支持和教师一般支持与青少年的生涯适应力显著相关；而且在控制人口学变量和教师支持变量的基础上发现，父母特定生涯支持对于青少年的生涯适应力变量（包括其下4个维度：生涯关注、生涯控制、生涯好奇和生涯自信）具有良好的回归预测作用。

This study is based on the progress of career adaptability theory, to explore the influential factors of career adaptability, there is few research on China. To explore the applicability of the influential factors of career adaptability, we examine the effecting of “perceived career-related parent support” on “career adaptability” which achieved great progress in the international arena. Besides, this study focused on the effect of teacher’s support on career adaptability. We collected data from more than 3000 middle school students in order to verify the hypothesis. Result showed that: Career-related parent support and Teacher support are positively related to the teenager’s career adaptability. Also, after controlling the demographic variables and the variable of teacher support, Career-related parent support can still positively predict Career adaptability(including its four dimensions: career concern、career control、career curiosity and career confidence.)
