体育是高校全面教育的重要组成部分,而体育课程则是实现高校体育目的任务的中心环节和基本组织形式,是高校各类专业人才培养的基础课程之一。目前,我国高校体育课程的主要形式是体育选项课,在学生选择的最喜欢的运动项目中,篮球列前3位。随着我国教育体制和高校体育教学改革的深入,与教育目标相关联的课程体系改革势在必行。任何先进的课程体系必须以各门课程教学内容的先进性为基础,只有对各门课程教学内容不断优化和更新,才能使高等体育教育适应社会和经济发展的需要。其教学方法也应该有所创新,在篮球课上以往以技术教学为主的教学方法,很难激发学生的学习热情及积极性,教学效果也不佳。经过这9年的篮球选项课教学实践及查阅大量相关的资料,我将篮球游戏、组合技术和限制性教学比赛教学方法运用到篮球课教学中,极大的提高了学生的学习兴趣,也使学生的篮球基本技术水平和运用技能上得到了很快的进步,尤其是那些基础水平差的学生提高幅度非常的大,对篮球的战术意识的培养也发挥了重要的作用,为篮球教学改革提供了参考。本文采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、以及数理统计等多种方法,对篮球游戏、组合技术和限制性教学比赛教学方法进行了较为深入的分析,通过实验研究证实了篮球游戏、组合技术和限制性教学比赛教学方法有助于提高学生掌握篮球基本技术的水平和运用基本技能的实效性。它不仅能够提高学生掌握开放式运动技能的教学效果,而且也可以对学生战术意识的培养发挥重要作用,更有利于提高学生学习的积极性、主动性,让学生在心理和情感上获得学习成功和运动乐趣的体验,使学生进行运动技能学习的自信心不断增强,让每个学生运动技能和身心健康都能得到充分发展。因此,篮球游戏、组合技术和限制性教学比赛教学方法不但适应高校篮球选项课教学,而且也为其他运动项目的教学改革提供了有价值的参考。

It can help students learn to open the movement of the effects of skills and tactics of the students to play an important role and more conducive to raise students of enthusiasm, initiative and let the students in the psychological and emotional and exercise is fun to study the successful experience in sports skills and enables students to learn continuously enhance confidence, each student movement and can fully develop.
