近年来CrossFit训练,作为一种新兴的训练体系,逐渐进入大众的视线,它以全面的而又显著的训练效果、不受场地和器材的制约等优点为大家所熟知。初中生正处于身体发育的敏感时期,是体能与技能发育的最佳阶段。因此,将CrossFit训练体系与排球专项体能相结合,根据项目的专项体能特点,设计出有针对性训练计划,使得训练效果更加显著。同时为青少年排球专项体能训练的创新提供理论依据与帮助。 本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计与分析法,对北京市某初中的24名排球运动员开展了相关的训练,同时将这些运动员划分为实验和对照两个组别,两组经过相应周期的训练之后,对两组其相应数据开展对比和分析。 通过实验得出,实验组的四肢爆发力、灵敏性与快速移动能力、专项力量素质、协调能力相较于对照组有更明显的提升,CrossFit训练体系对于青少年排球专项体能有着更加积极的影响。 |

In recent years CrossFit training, as an emerging training system, has gradually come into the public eye. It is well known for its comprehensive and significant training effect, and it is not restricted by the site and equipment.Junior high school students are in a sensitive period of physical development, is the best stage of physical and skills development. Therefore, by combining the CrossFit training system with volleyball specific physical fitness, a targeted training plan is designed according to the specific physical characteristics of the project to make the training effect more significant.At the same time, it provides theoretical basis and help for the innovation of youth volleyball special physical training. In this paper, using the method of documentary, expert interview and logical analysis, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and analysis, a junior high school of 20 volleyball players in Beijing for a week training experiment, divided into the experimental group and control group, experimental group adopted CrossFit training system, the control group used the traditional physical training method, after the experimental period, the two groups of subjects than the data before and after the experiment. According to the results of the experiment, the explosive power, agility and fast moving ability, special strength quality and coordination ability of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group, and the CrossFit training system had a more positive impact on the physical fitness of junior volleyball players. |
