青少年生理和心理发展都尚未成熟，容易产生一些偏差行为。近年来我国社会工作已经开始对青少年的偏差行为进行矫正。国内外社会工作对青少年偏差行为的矫正工作常用的有认知行为疗法、生态系统疗法、家庭系统疗法等工作方法。但是在社工实务中，以言语为媒介对案主开展疗愈难以充分解决问题。采用绘画治疗，能够让社会工作者灵活运用不同的表现性技法，达到与案主心灵上的沟通。目前我国社会工作已有将绘画治疗应用于青少年行为矫正的实践。

本人所实习的B社会工作机构在面临大量的具有偏差行为的青少年时，将绘画治疗应用到了对他们偏差行为的矫正方面。依托实习期间接触到的“社会工作机构运用绘画治疗矫正青少年的偏差行为”的工作案例，本文较为系统地分析了社会工作机构如何将绘画治疗应用到对青少年偏差行为的矫正中，并通过访谈法对介入效果进行了专业性的分析与评估。

研究发现，案例社工机构在应用绘画治疗矫正青少年的偏差行为时，有明确的筛选机制和干预原则。在实务介入时，能够通过绘画作品所展现出来的问题为案主制定有针对性的服务对策，对青少年的亲子互动关系、青少年自信心的提升以及对朋辈群体的筛选等方面进行了重点介入。同时，关于干预效果，研究发现青少年从个体角度和个体与环境的互动角度都获得了明显的矫正。个体角度主要表现为个体的偏差意识和行为获得了改变以及自信心水平获得了提升。个体与环境互动的改善主要表现在亲子关系的改善以及对高危朋辈群体的筛选，除此之外还拓展出了其他的社会支持。

Adolescent physiological and psychological development are not mature, easy to produce some deviant behavior. In recent years, Chinese social work has started to correct adolescent deviation behavior. Cognitive behavioral therapy, ecosystem therapy and family system therapy are commonly used in social work at home and abroad to correct adolescent deviant behavior.But in the practice of social work, it is difficult to fully solve the problem by using speech as the medium to heal the patient. The use of painting therapy can enable social workers to flexibly use different expressive techniques to achieve spiritual communication with the clients. At present, painting therapy has been applied to the practice of adolescent behavior correction.

When facing a large number of teenagers with deviant behaviors, the social work agency B where I worked as an intern applied painting therapy to correct their deviant behaviors. Based on the work case of "Drawing therapy used by social work institutions to correct deviant behaviors of adolescents" I came into contact with during my internship, this paper systematically analyzed how social work institutions applied drawing therapy to correct deviant behaviors of adolescents, and conducted professional analysis and evaluation of intervention effects through interviews.

It is found that case social workers have clear screening mechanism and intervention principle when applying painting therapy to correct adolescent deviant behavior. In the practical intervention, the problems presented in the paintings can be used to formulate targeted service countermeasures for the clients, and the teenagers' parent-child interaction, the improvement of teenagers' self-confidence and the screening of peer groups and other aspects of the intervention. At the same time, as for the effect of intervention, the study found that adolescents obtained significant correction from the perspective of individuals and the interaction between individuals and the environment. The individual perspective mainly shows that the deviation consciousness and behavior of the individual have been changed and the level of self-confidence has been improved. The improvement of the interaction between individuals and the environment was mainly manifested in the improvement of parent-child relationship and the screening of high-risk peer groups, in addition to the expansion of other social support.
