性健康教育一直是教育界乃至全世界范围内备受关注的问题之一,我国关于性健康教育的研究仍然比较欠缺。青春期是一生中发展最迅速,变化最大的时期之一。研究表明,真正在性问题上感到焦虑困惑并带来心理严重紧张的时期就是青春期。初二或者14岁是青少年异性交往心理问题的关键期或转折期。怎样引导青春期的少年儿童掌握科学正确的生理心理知识、树立健康合理的性观念和积极向上的性价值观、培养较强的性适应能力也就成为心理健康教育工作者迫切需要解决的问题。因此,本研究拟根据有关性心理健康的理论制定课程干预的方案,通过课程干预的方式探索一套适合初二学生、具有推广价值的性心理健康课程,以此了解课程干预对提高初二学生性心理健康发展水平的作用。本研究随机抽取北京市某高校初二年级两个班级的学生,初二(1)班共41人,初二(7)班共30人,总共71人。对两个班级进行为期14周青春期性心理健康教育课程干预,每周一次课,课程一共10个主题,共计14个课时。对两个班级采用问卷进行前后测、教师观察记录、学生反馈和追踪访谈的方式对干预的结果进行定量和定性分析。其中主要问卷有《青春期性心理健康问卷》和《青少年异性交往心理问题问卷》。从量化结果上显示,学生在课程干预的前后测变化主要体现在:1、初二学生性心理健康处于适中水平;2、性心理健康问卷总分和问卷维度性认识和性价值观显著增长;3、初二学生基本没有异性交往心理问题;4、青少年异性交往心理问题问卷总分和问卷维度交往失调和过度防卫问题显著下降。学生们比较满意课程干预的效果。从事后访谈观察结果显示,学生在课程干预中的变化主要体现在:1、能够更加系统的学习到青春期生理和心理方面的知识,性认识得到了显著的改变;2、树立了更加健康的异性交往态度和更加积极向上的价值观;3、能够愉快的自我接纳,增强了学生的性适应能力;4、在异性交往心理问题的退缩性人格维度的过分害羞、自卑、冷漠上和偏执维度的敌意和功能失调上发现了改变,学生们对异性交往变得更加大方自信,改善了害羞的心理,能够相互尊重和理解对方,学会以积极的心态和的异性相处。 通过研究可以得出以下结论:1.课程干预对于提高初二学生性心理健康水平是有效地,主要是通过提升性认识、性价值观、改善性适应水平和异性交往心理问题这几个方面的作用实现的。2. 本研究设计的青春期性心理健康教育课程设计方案切实可行,经过适当的修改,可以作为干预方案进一步应用。并进一步推广应用到更为普遍的青春期群体中。

Psychosexual education has become a focus of attention in academia even in the whole world, but we are lack of practice in this field. Puberty is the most rapid development in human’s life and it can cause all kinds of changes both in mental and physical. Research has shown it is puberty that causes sexual problems and brings anxiety and other mental problems. Grade 8 or age 14 is the key period of the mental problem in puberty. How to guide teenagers to get right knowledge about the changes in mental and physical, to gain healthy and reasonable values and to have the ability to adapt to society has become an urgent problem to solve. Therefore, this study is based on the theory of psychosexual health education and explores a set of course about psychosexual health education for Grade 8 students so we can know the how the course of psychosexual health education affects Grade 8 students.The research selects 71 students of Beijing X middle school, including 41 students from Class 1 Grade 8 and 30 students from Class 7 Grade 8. All members of these two classes take part in the course for about 14 week. The course of psychosexual health education contains 10 themes and 14 lesson period. The research uses questionnaires before and after the intervention, observations, recordings of the leader, crew feedback and interviews to analyze the results of the intervention from the angels of quantity and quality. This research uses the Teenagers Psychosexual Health Scale and the Mental Problem of Adolescent Opposite Sex Company Scale to investigate the situation of the teenagers’ psychosexual health.The quantitative results show that the differences lie in the following aspects:(1) Psychosexual health of Grade 8 students is at moderate level;(2) The total points and the degree of cognition of sex and sexual values in Teenagers Psychosexual Health Scale improves;(3) Students in Grade 8 don’t have much mental problem of adolescent opposite sex company. (4) The total points and the score of company and misguiding and over defense have decreased significantly. All members have given a high rating on the effect of course of psychosexual health education.According to the observation and the interview after the course intervention . Results show that all the members have gained different aspects from the course of psychosexual health education:(1) Some members have gain cognition of sex both in the field of physiological and sexual knowledge;(2) Some members tend to build more health and positive sexual values both in sexual notion and attitude;(3) Some members learn to accept themselves and improve the ability of sexual adaption;(4) Some members learn to have a good relationship with the one who is in opposite sex, they are less shy and selfish, become more open and confident. The above four aspects have played an important role on improving the members’ psychosexual health.By this research we can draw the following conclusions:1. Course intervention is effective in improving Grade 8 students’ level in psychosexual health and it can improve the Grade 8 students’ psychosexual health by improving their cognition of sex, sexual values and the ability of sexual adaption, and relieve mental problem of adolescent opposite Sex Company.2. The programs are feasible and can be used to improve the Grade 8 students’ psychosexual health and it can be used in a wider range by modifying the programs.
