本文通过对高校舞蹈课程开设现状的分析和大学生情绪问题的研究,发现当今高校的实践类课程中着重在身体素质的提高,而缺少对大学生心理的关注和抗压能力的培养,为改善现阶段存在的问题,笔者提出将舞蹈情绪调节课程内容加入到大学生的实践类课程中,并进行了舞蹈情绪调节课程内容的探索和尝试,以期为舞蹈课程内容寻找新路径,为舞蹈教学的侧重点寻找新思路。 本研究以舞蹈学习与训练为基本手段,对BNU的普通大学生进行舞蹈情绪调节主题教学的实践研究,将拥有不同背景的普通大学生以多元的形式开展了不同主题的舞蹈情绪调节主题教学,并在教学结束后将教学实践成果进行构思和再创造,以个人专场的形式整合成了一台“情绪调节”主题晚会,帮助大学生在实践过程中充分实现情绪调节和压力释放。 本论文以其中两个作品为案例进行分析,以作品《破晓》为例,探究了情感激活在舞蹈教学中的运用,以及如何在音乐的辅助下引发情感共鸣;以作品《那个人》为例,探究了情感转换在舞蹈教学中的应用,以及如何在道具的辅助下进行情感交流。在实践后对参与实践的对象进行了访谈,进一步探究了舞蹈情绪调节主题内容对高校大学生心理的影响,结果表明舞蹈情绪调节主题内容有利于增强大学生的心理抗压能力,提高大学生的心理调适能力,还有助于提高大学生的自信心和表现力。 本论文旨在丰富舞蹈课程内容的多样性,引导大学生通过舞蹈了解自我,接纳自我,通过与他人合作实现情感的传递和联结,通过舞蹈情绪调节作品建构起人与人之间沟通的情感链条。引导大学生在舞蹈过程中充分释放和表达情绪;同时大学生的增强合作意识,学会接纳和理解他人,学会关心和帮助他人;激发大学生学习舞蹈的兴趣;同时提高大学生的心理抗压能力和调适能力,培养大学生的自信心和表现力,为大学生们的心理健康保驾护航。 |

Through the analysis of the current situation of college dance courses and the research on the emotional problems of college students, this paper finds that the practical courses in colleges and universities today focus on the improvement of physical fitness, but lack of attention to the psychology of college students and the cultivation of their ability to resist stress. In order to improve the current stage In view of the existing problems, the author proposes to add the content of the dance emotional adjustment course to the practical courses of college students, and explores and tries the content of the dance emotional adjustment course, in order to find a new path for the dance course content and to find the focus of dance teaching. new ideas. This study uses dance learning and training as the basic means to conduct practical research on the content of dance emotion regulation for ordinary college students in BNU. The ordinary college students with different backgrounds will carry out dance emotion regulation courses with different themes in a variety of forms, and at the end of the course After conceiving and recreating the practical results of the course, it integrated a special evening party on the theme of "emotional regulation" in the form of a personal special session, helping college students to fully realize emotional regulation and stress release in the process of practice.
