高中教育在整个国民教育体系中具有独特的地位和价值。然而,长期以来,我国的中等教育,尤其是高中教育缺乏融合性、贯通性和灵活性,忽视了个体所具有的不同的个性、气质、期望和才能,采用同一种类型、同一课程、同一种模式——为升学做准备的教育方式,从而造成了“千校一面”、“万人挤过独木桥”的教育弊端,使学校发展失去了活力和特色。综合高中的发展有助于构建灵活多样的中等教育体制,加强普通教育和职业教育之间的沟通和衔接,建立和完善人才培养的“立交桥”。本研究通过对我国综合高中发展历程的分析,认为课程结构是制约我国综合高中发展的最主要瓶颈。综合高中的发展,要以自身课程结构的建构为突破口和切入点。在归因分析的基础上,本研究遵循“实际调查——分析问题——解决问题”的基本逻辑思路,以课程统整理论为基础,通过国际比较和国内需求调查,对我国综合高中课程结构进行了深入系统研究。全文共分六章。第一部分为绪论。主要论述了研究的背景、目的和意义,综述了国内外有关综合高中研究的现状及其存在的问题,对综合高中、课程结构等关键性概念进行了界定,阐述了综合高中课程结构的组成要素和本研究的基本思路以及研究方法等。第二部分为第二章。主要通过历史研究,分析了我国20世纪20年代和20世纪80年代综合高中发展的历史及其发展失败的原因,进一步阐述了综合高中的内涵和特点,探讨了当下我国发展综合高中的必要性和可行性。第三部分为第三、四、五章。主要通过现状调查,呈现了我国当前综合高中课程的现状及其存在的主要问题,阐明了综合高中的发展要以课程结构的建构为突破口。在此基础上,我们将课程统整理论作为综合高中课程结构建构的基本理论依据 ,并通过对美国、日本、台湾综合高中课程结构的比较分析和对我国高中阶段学生和社会的需求调查,进一步阐述了综合高中课程结构的价值取向和构建综合高中课程结构应遵循的基本原则,提出了综合高中的课程由共同必修课程、综合高中必修课程、分科性必修课程、学科选修课程和自由选修课程五部分组成,初步构建了我国综合高中课程结构的新体系,并分析了这一体系的合理性。第四部分为第六章。主要探讨了综合高中课程结构实施的可行性及其综合高中课程实施的相关保障机制,从如何快速发展综合高中,确保综合高中课程的有效实施等方面提出相关政策建议。

High school education has a particular status and value in the whole national education system. However, for a long time, secondary school education in China, and especially high school education lacks so much integration, interconnectivity and flexibility, ignores different students owning different style, personality, expectation and ability and adopt the same type of curriculum whose only objective is to prepare for further study, that thousands of schools have one appearance and people squeeze through a sing-plank ridge. Therefore, most of high schools have lost livingness and features. The development of comprehensive high school will contribute to build up flexible secondary school education system, strengthen the communication and connection between general education and vocation education so as to establish overpass for better educating system. This study believes that curriculum system is the main bottle-neck that restricts the progress of comprehensive school through analyzing the vicissitudes of China’s comprehensive high school. In this sense, the development of comprehensive school is to construct its curriculum system as a breakthrough point and starting point. On the basis of concluding reasons, this study makes a profound and systematic research on comprehensive school according to the logical routine of survey – analyze the problem -solve the problem, rely on curriculum integration theory, makes international comparison and surveys domestic demands. This study is divided into six chapters. The first part is the introduction. In this part, it mainly analyzed the research background, purpose and significance. Besides, it reviewed the status of the comprehensive high school studies at home and abroad and posed existing problems, defined the key concept including comprehensive high school, curriculum system and finally clarified the essential elements of CCS, the research conception and methods.The second part is the second chapter. This part expatiated on the content and features of the comprehensive high school by analyzing its development process and failure reasons in the 1920s and 1980s on the basis of historical research. After that, the study explored the feasibility and necessity for developing comprehensive schools at present in China. The third part includes the third, fourth and fifth chapter. In this part, it demonstrated the status of comprehensive high school curriculum and the main existing problems through investigations. After that, this study put forward standpoint that the development of comprehensive high school should regard the construction of curriculum system as a breakthrough. Next, this study relied on curriculum integration theory as the theory basis, further analyzed the comprehensive high school curriculum system in the USA, Japan, Taiwan and investigated the domestic demands aiming at China’s senior high school students and other community. Based on the previous analysis, this study elaborated the value orientation and basic principle for constructing comprehensive school curriculum system. Finally, in this part, it preliminarily built a new framework of the comprehensive high school curriculum and analyzed its rationality. The fourth part is Chapter sixth. This part mainly discussed feasibility for implementing comprehensive high school curriculum system and its corresponding safeguard mechanism.
