随着我国经济实力的不断提升，人民币的币值基础愈加坚实，而中国的经济实力与国际经济活动中人民币的地位并不相匹配。同时，伴随美国国内冷战思维大行其道，中美关系前景愈加暗淡，而目前我国依然依赖美元及其结算体系，这对我国的经济、政治等领域国家安全产生了相当的威胁。本文通过回顾美元国际化进程，进而对新超主权国际货币的发行、结算、性质等各方面进行构建分析，讨论了多国联合发行新超主权区域性国际货币这一方案及其可行性。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic strength, the currency base of the RMB becomes more and more solid, and China's economic strength does not match the position of the RMB in international economic activities. At the same time, with the cold war thinking in the United States, the prospects of relations between China and US are becoming more and more dim, while our country still depends on the dollar and its settlement system, which poses a considerable threat to our national security in economic, political and other fields. By reviewing the internationalization of the US dollar, this paper analyzes the issue, settlement and nature of the new super-sovereign international currency, and discusses the joint issue of the new super-sovereign regional international currency and its  Feasibility.
