技巧啦啦队是一项从一般的啦啦队发展而成的具有一定技巧与难度的竞技类体育项目。此种项目参与人数众多，一般由6名以上30名以下的队员组成。通过队员之间的互相配合与保护，成功的完成抛接，托举，翻腾等具有难度的动作以达到预期的表演效果。并通过与背景音乐的结合，使得啦啦队的表演在整体上还具有艺术性效果。技巧啦啦队在中国的人气还有待提高，许多人对技巧啦啦队的认识尚属不足。 　　　为了达到优化中国技巧啦啦队在世界上的地位与评价，本文将通过专家访谈法等对技巧啦啦队在我国的发展现状以及专家观点进行调查研究，发现我国技巧啦啦队在啦啦队教练员选拔与啦啦队动作编排等方面存在一系列的问题。针对这些问题本文提出培养智能型教练员以及制定科学的训练内容体系指导等建议。
