智能化给社会生产带来了便利,而老龄化给社会发展提出了难题。智能化产品的普及便利了人们的日常生活,在人们的网络购物、就医出行、疫情防控等方面发挥着重要作用。而老年人口数量的不断增长成为任何高速发展的国家、地区不可回避的问题。老年人由于身体机能退化、主观参与意愿不足、社会支持的缺乏等因素面临着不会使用智能化产品、难以融入智能化社会的困境。这对于农村老年人、留守老年人而言更是如此。

因此,让老年人融入智能化社会是促进农村老年人生活便利的应有之举,更是解决老龄化难题的有效之措。智能手机作为智能化社会的普及产品,成为老年群体迈入智能化社会的敲门砖。智能手机的使用,不仅打开农村老年人的视野、丰富老年人的业余生活,还为其提供节约便捷的交流方式,深得老年人的喜爱。可以见得,智能手机的普及,对于解决我国日益凸显的老龄化问题、积极老龄化的建设推进,具有巨大的现实意义。而当前研究大多集中于老年人融入智能化社会的困境和现状研究,鲜有实践能够走入农村老年群体并实地为其提供服务。因此,运用小组工作方法对农村老年群体开展介入工作是是十分重要的。 基于以上现状,本研究前往河南省,对Z村年满60岁以上、拥有智能手机的老年人进行了调查,通过深入访谈法了解农村老年群体在智能手机使用方面的现状、面临的困境和需求,制定需求评估分析。依据前期的需求评估,社工运用在社会学习理论、优势视角的理论指导下,制定小组工作介入方案,选取有空余时间、有智能手机使用困境或者学习需求的Z村老年人开展小组工作,并结合相关评估方法评估小组工作的介入成果。 本文分为六个部分。第一部分是绪论,第二部分主要对相关概念进行界定、对本次研究中运用的理论和方法、研究目标和内容进行具体说明。第三部分是开展小组工作前的需求评估。第四部分是小组工作的介入过程记录。第五部分是小组工作的评估,包括过程评估和结果评估。第六部分是结论与讨论。笔者分别从小组工作介入的有效性、社会学习理论介入的针对性、社会工作介入的可持续性三个方面进行了总结探讨。并且分别从村庄层面、家庭层面、智能产品生产和设计层面对构建老年人融入智能社会支持网络提出建议。 |

Intelligence brings convenience to social production, while aging poses a problem for social development. The popularization of intelligent products facilitates people's daily life and plays an important role in people's online shopping, medical trips, and epidemic prevention and control. The growing number of the elderly population has become an unavoidable problem in any fast-developing country or region. The elderly face the dilemma of not using intelligent products and difficult to integrate into an intelligent society due to factors such as degeneration of physical functions, lack of subjective willingness to participate, and lack of social support. This is especially true for the rural elderly and left-behind elderly.

Therefore, integrating the elderly into the intelligent society is an appropriate measure to promote the convenience of the elderly in rural areas, and it is also an effective measure to solve the problem of aging. As a popular product in an intelligent society, smartphones have become a stepping stone for the elderly to enter an intelligent society. The use of smart phones not only opens up the vision of the elderly in rural areas and enriches their leisure life, but also provides them with a convenient and economical communication method, which is deeply loved by the elderly. It can be seen that the popularization of smart phones has great practical significance for solving the increasingly prominent aging problem in our country and promoting the construction of active aging. Most of the current research focuses on the dilemma and current situation of the elderly integrating into the intelligent society, and there are few practices that can enter the rural elderly group and provide services for them on the spot. Therefore, it is very important to use the group work method to carry out intervention work for the rural elderly groups. Based on the above status quo, this study went to Henan Province to investigate the elderly who are over 60 years old and own smartphones in Z Village, and used in-depth interviews to understand the current situation, difficulties and needs of the rural elderly in terms of smartphone use. , develop a needs assessment analysis. Based on the needs assessment in the early stage, the social worker uses the theoretical guidance of social learning theory and the perspective of advantages to formulate a group work intervention plan, select the elderly in Z village who have spare time, have difficulties in using smartphones or learning needs to carry out group work, and combine them. Relevant assessment methods assess the intervention outcomes of the team's work. This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, and the second part mainly defines the relevant concepts, and specifically explains the theories and methods used in this research, the research objectives and content. The third part is a needs assessment before starting the group work. The fourth part is the record of the intervention process of the group work. The fifth part is the evaluation of group work, including process evaluation and result evaluation. The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion. The author summarizes and discusses from three aspects: the effectiveness of group work intervention, the pertinence of social learning theory intervention, and the sustainability of social work intervention. It also puts forward suggestions on building a support network for the integration of the elderly into the smart society from the village level, the family level, and the production and design levels of smart products. |
