日常生活中我们会遭遇各种各样的压力源,由此引发的消极情绪可能对身心健康、个人发展、生活满意度等造成影响。而处于身心发展与角色转变关键期的大学生们,在面对林林总总的日常压力时,更是难免卷入郁闷的漩涡。本研究针对日常压力带给大学生的抑郁情绪及其他心理特征进行了分析和干预。研究一采用问卷法,抽取189名在校大学生进行问卷测试,分析了抑郁情绪、穷思竭虑、主观幸福感、完美主义、神经质人格的关系。研究二采用团体辅导小组的形式,运用接受与承诺疗法(ACT)和认知行为疗法(CBT)对研究一筛选出的40名高抑郁且高穷思竭虑的大学生分两组进行了干预,其中ACT组20人,CBT组20人。然后根据各问卷前、后、追测的结果,对ACT、CBT对于降低大学生的抑郁水平和提高主观幸福感的作用以及穷思竭虑、完美主义和神经质人格等变量的改变效果进行了分析和对比。研究结论如下: 1、抑郁情绪与穷思竭虑、完美主义、神经质人格存在正相关,与主观幸福感存在负相关。2、ACT、CBT对于降低大学生的抑郁水平和提高主观幸福感均具有显著的作用,且二者的效果差异不显著。3、CBT对穷思竭虑、完美主义和神经质人格的改善效果均达到显著。4、ACT对穷思竭虑、完美主义和神经质人格的改善效果在后测时未达到显著,但对穷思竭虑和神经质人格改善的追踪效果达到显著,表现出具有延时效应的特点。

In our daily life, we will encounter a variety of stress, and the negative emotions thereby initiated may influence our physical and mental health, personal development, life satisfaction, and so on. When facing with the numerous daily stess, the university students, who are in the critical period for their physical and mental development and role transition, will be more easily involved in the depressed whirlpool.The research focused on the analysis and intervention on the university students’depressed emotions and other psychological features which are brought about by the daily stress. The first part of the research used questionnaires to investigate 189 unversity students, then analyzed the relationship among the depressed emotion, rumination, subjective well-bing, perfectionism and neurotic personality. Based on the result of the questionnaire survy, in the second part, we used the form of group counseling, which applied Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) to intervene 40 university students who are highly depressed and ruminative. The 40 sudents are randomly assigned into two goups, including 20 students in ACT group and 20 students in CBT group. Then according to the results from the pretest, the posttest and the follow-up test, we respectively analyzed and compared the effect of ACT and CBT on changing university students’ depressed emotion, subjective well-being, rumination, perfectionism and neurotic personality. The results showed as follows:1. The depressed emotion has a positive correlation with rumination, perfectionism and neurotic personality, while has a negative correlation with subjective well-being.2. ACT and CBT both have a significant effect on reducing university students’ depressed emotion and increasing their subjective well-being. The effect of the two methods has no statistically difference.3. CBT has a significant effect on changing rumination, perfectionism and neurotic personality.4. ACT does not have a significant effect on changing rumination, perfectionism and neurotic personality, but has a significant follow-up effect on changing rumination and neurotic personality and shows the trait of the time-delay effect.
