当前我国正积极实施“一带一路”战略，印度是该战略中很重要的一环，印度的市场潜力巨大，有极为广阔的投资空间。研究中国对印度投资的风险可以帮助企业未雨绸缪，在投资前制定风险防范预案。目前，大部分的研究都集中于对印度的多种风险尤其是政治风险的综合性分析，缺乏对其中单一风险尤其是经济风险的具体分析。本文从违约风险、金融风险、项目投资回报率、贸易保护主义和税收复杂性几个方面结合实例深度分析中国在印度投资面临的经济风险，并提出有针对性的风险防范对策。为了实现既促进中国企业对印度进行投资，又有效预防投资风险的目的，本文建议中国政府在“一带一路”背景下推动人民币跨境结算、与印度签订政府间诚信备忘录和加强对企业外汇风险防范的指导、干预。

Currently, China is actively implementing the "One Belt and One Road" strategy. India is an important part of this strategy. India has a huge market potential and an extremely wide investment space. Studying the risks of Chinese investment in India can help companies to enter the Indian market smoothly. At present, most of the studies are focused on the comprehensive analysis of various risks, especially political risks in India, and lack of concrete analysis for individual risks, especially economic risks. This article analyzes the economic risks faced by Chinese investment in India from several aspects such as default risk, financial risk, project investment rate of return, trade protectionism and taxation complexity, and proposes targeted risk prevention measures. In order to promote Chinese enterprises to invest in India, this paper proposes that the Chinese government develop the cross-border settlement of RMB and strengthen the guidance of foreign exchange risk prevention in the context of the “One Belt One Road”.
