新冠疫情的爆发初期导致整个社会运转停滞,此刻互联网企业突破时空限制的属性使其迎来了新的发展机遇,企业慈善责任实践也涌现出大量创新模式,其挺身而出、积极承担社会责任的行为会令公众尤为印象深刻并有效提升公众对企业的好感度。作为互联网企业的潜在员工和利益相关者,大学生求职者也会对互联网企业在疫情期间的慈善责任主动或被动地产生关注,从而形成关于互联网企业慈善责任的认知,进而影响其求职意愿。
本研究使用质性研究方法,选取16名于2021-2022年间毕业且将互联网企业作为求职目标的大学生,开展半结构化的深入访谈,获取大学生求职者对互联网企业慈善责任的认知、求职选择和个人生活经历的一手资料,研究大学生求职者的互联网企业慈善责任认知及其影响求职意愿的机制。具体研究结论如下:1.新冠疫情背景下大学生求职者的互联网企业慈善责任认知包括以下5项内容:援助及时有效、关注民众需求、有担当/负责任、关心社会发展、有助于树立良好的企业形象; 2.大学生求职者的互联网企业慈善责任认知影响其求职意愿的机制共有6项内容:价值观判断、预期积极自我概念、雇主声誉、组织信任、慈善责任资本化和过往获得过互联网企业慈善责任的正向反馈。
外文摘要:

The city went into lockdown because of the outbreak of the COVID-19. During the epidemic, Internet companies undertook corporate social responsibility creatively to prevent and control the epidemic and facilitate the lives of residents, which was recognized by the public. As potential employees and stakeholders of Internet companies, university students may also notice the efforts that Internet companies made during the epidemic and then form a perception of Internet companies’ philanthropic responsibility, which in turn affects their job search behaviors.

Using a qualitative research method, this study selected 16 graduates who graduated between 2021 and 2022 and targeted on Internet companies, and conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews to obtain primary data on university students' perceptions of Internet companies’ philanthropic responsibility, job search behaviors and personal life experiences. This paper investigates how university students' perceptions of Internet companies’ philanthropic responsibility affect their job search behaviors. Main findings of this study are as follows. First, student job-seekers form a perception of Internet companies’ philanthropic responsibility during COVID-19 includes the following five aspects:timely and effective assistance, paying attention to the needs of the people, being responsible, caring about social development,helping establish a good corporate image. Second, there are six paths through which perceived Internet corporate philanthropy responsibility affects student job-seekers’ willingness to seek employment: value judgments, expected positive self-concept, employer reputation, organizational trust, the individual capitalization of philanthropic responsibility, having received positive feedback on philanthropic responsibilities of Internet companies in the past.
