自杀、他杀、校园暴力、堕胎、吸烟、酗酒、吸毒等问题逐渐成为困扰青少年的全球性问题,而癌症、传染病、艾滋病、垃圾食品也离我们的生活并不遥远。为了解决这些问题,美国、日本、英国、澳大利亚、德国等国家就开展了关于“珍爱生命健康生活”的生命教育,在我国的台湾、香港、澳门、大陆的辽宁、上海等省也有许多生命教育的实践。笔者所在校学生也存在吸烟、男女生交往过密、青春期叛逆、不会平衡膳食、体能逐年下降等现象。因此,对于生命和健康的教育引入课堂是必要的。而通过对本校高一学生的问卷调查发现,有84%的学生认为在我校开设“生命与健康”的校本课程是非常必要的。基于以上情况,笔者开发了一门“生命与健康”的校本课程,并在本校高一年级进行了教学实践。笔者依据《国家中长期规划纲要》中关于提高公民素养的要求及《普通高中生物课程标准》中关于提高高中生科学素养的相关要求制定了课程目标;通过文献研究和国内外“生命教育”的重点内容及课程前期对本校高一学生情况及需求的问卷调查结果制定了课程内容及教学方式;依据课程目标、多种教育教学理论及本校学生的特点制定了对学生学习结果的评价方式;并在本校的高一年级对课程进行了为期一年的教学实践。笔者通过课堂观察、每节课对学生的前测和后测结果的比较、反馈问卷结果、一年后对学生访谈和专家及多位一线教师的访谈结果可以得出以下结论:(1)本课程较好地完成了课程目标,促进了学生的身心发展,在本校高一阶段的实施是可行的。有90%的学生对这门课很感兴趣,有94%的学生认为本课程对自己很有帮助。学生们普遍认为:很喜欢这门校本课程,感觉收获很大,并建议其他同学也来学习本课程。(2)通过本课程的学习,学生不但加深了对核心概念“生命与健康”的理解,而且其搜集处理运用信息的能力、表达能力、团结协作能力、研究性学习能力和将所学的知识应用到生活实践中解决实际的问题的能力也得到了提高。(3)本课程能够培养学生珍爱生命、尊重生命、热爱生命;探索生命的意义、提升生命的质量并为学生最终实现生命的价值而奠定基础;为学生的幸福人生而做铺垫。(4)本课程的开发及实践,不但有利于任课教师知识和能力的发展,而且为本校的校本课程建设提供了资源,其教学目标、内容、方法、实施及评价也可为其他课程提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Suicide, homicide, campus violence, abortion, smoking, alcoholism and drug abuse has become a global problem of youth. Besides, cancer, infectious disease, AIDS as well as junk food is not far away from our life. In order to solve these problems, American, Japan, Britain, Australia, Germany and other countries are carrying out the life education of "cherish life, healthy life". And there is a lot of practice on life education in Taiwan, Hongkong, Macao, China Liaoning, Shanghai province. Smoking, excessive intimacy, adolescent rebellion, not a balanced diet and physical fitness declining phenomenon also exist among my students. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce life and health education into the classroom. Through the questionnaire survey of my students, 84% of them believe that the creation of "school-based curriculum of life and health" in our school is very necessary. Based on the above, the author developed a "life and health" of the school-based curriculum, and teach the first grade in my high school.According to "national long-term plan" on improving the citizen Literacy Requirements and the "senior high school biology curriculum standard" in the relevant requirements on improving the scientific literacy of high school students, I develop the curriculum objectives; through literature research and key content of domestic "life education", and in the previous survey of my students, I developed course content and teaching methods; according to the curriculum objectives, many teaching theory and a variety of characteristics of my students, I made the evaluation of students' learning results; and conducted a one-year teaching practice of the curriculum for the first grade in my school.Through classroom observation, the front and back of test results after each class, the results of the questionnaire, the feedback of the students after a year and many interviews of teachers, I can draw the following conclusions: (1) this course successfully completed the course objectives to promote the physical and mental development of students, and it is feasible for the first grade in my school. 90% of the students are very interested in this course, 94% of the students think that this course is very helpful to themselves. Most students like the school-based curriculum and benefit from it. In addition, they suggested that other students learn this course. (2) through the study of this course, students will not only enhance the understanding of core concept of "life and health", and their abilities to collect and use information, expression ability, teamwork ability, research ability to apply the knowledge and to solve practical problems have been improved. (3) this course can help students to establish a positive and healthy attitude towards life and perfect personality; cultivate the students to cherish life, respect life, love life; to explore the meaning of life, enhance the quality of life and finally lay the foundation for realizing the life value and pave the way for students' happy life. (4) the development and practice of the course can not only improve professional development for teachers, but also provide good resources for the construction of the school-based curriculum of my school and the teaching goal, content, method, implementation and evaluation can also provide a reference for other courses.
