本研究旨在深入探究来华留学生和中国内地学生之间目标定向与幸福感的关系，并通过比较分析来揭示不同文化背景对此关系的影响。为了实现这一目标，我们对原有的CRT-GO量表进行了修订，以更好地适应不同文化背景下个体的目标取向，同时也提供了更准确、可靠的测量工具。修订后的量表不仅考虑了目标定向的多样性，还将文化因素融入到了测量中，以更全面地理解个体在不同文化背景下的目标定向特点。本研究选择了一定数量的来华留学生和中国内地学生作为研究对象，并使用修订后的CRT-GO量表来测量他们的目标定向和主观幸福感。通过对这些数据进行分析和比较，期望能够深入了解不同文化背景下个体目标定向与幸福感之间的关系，并发现文化因素对这种关系的调节作用。研究结果显示，来华留学生群体的主观幸福感呈现出明显的极端化特征，与此相比，中国内地学生的主观幸福感总体水平较为均匀。进一步的分析表明，来华留学生的目标取向与主观幸福感水平呈负相关，而中国内地学生的目标取向与幸福感之间关系不显著。这一研究为跨文化幸福感研究提供了新的视角和启示，对于促进不同文化背景下个体幸福感的理解和提升具有重要意义。

The present study aimed to investigate in depth the relationship between goal orientation and well-being between international students coming to China and students from Mainland China, and to reveal the effects of different cultural backgrounds on this relationship through comparative analyses. In order to achieve this goal, the original CRT-GO scale was revised to better accommodate the goal orientations of individuals in different cultural contexts and to provide a more accurate and reliable measurement tool. The revised scale not only takes into account the diversity of goal orientations, but also incorporates cultural factors into the measurement to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the goal orientation characteristics of individuals in different cultural contexts. In this study, a certain number of international students coming to China and students from Mainland China were selected as research subjects and the revised CRT-GO scale was used to measure their goal orientation and subjective well-being. By analyzing and comparing these data, it is expected to gain insights into the relationship between individual goal orientation and well-being in different cultural contexts, and to discover the moderating effect of cultural factors on this relationship. The results of the study showed that the subjective well-being of the group of international students coming to China showed significant extremes, in contrast to the overall level of subjective well-being of students from Mainland China, which was more homogeneous. Further analyses showed that the goal orientation of international students coming to China was negatively related to the level of subjective well-being, while the relationship between goal orientation and well-being of Mainland Chinese students was not significant. This study provides new perspectives and insights for cross-cultural happiness research, which is important for promoting the understanding and enhancement of individual happiness in different cultural contexts.
