夫妻沟通是影响婚姻满意度和婚姻稳定性的重要因素。如何通过促进良好的夫妻沟通互动，来提升夫妻的幸福感和美满程度，是一个具有现实意义的问题。本研究从依恋的角度出发，探讨夫妻双方的依恋类型组合对其沟通模式的影响，以及夫妻情感在这一过程当中的作用。本研究分为两个子研究，研究一是对国外夫妻沟通模式问卷CPQ在中国夫妻中的适用性进行预测和分析，研究二通过问卷测量法考察了夫妻依恋、情感与夫妻沟通模式之间的关系。主要结论如下：1.中文版夫妻沟通模式问卷CPQ适合于中国被试夫妻，问卷的信度可以接受，可以作为沟通模式的测量工具。中国被试夫妻的沟通模式以建设性沟通为主，破坏性沟通、要求-退缩和互相回避沟通均较低。2.伴侣情感评定量表中文版具有较好的硬情感、软情感和冷情感的三因子结构，量表的内部一致性信度较好。夫妻冲突中的消极情感水平处于中上水平，其中妻子在硬情感、软情感和冷情感上的水平都要显著高于丈夫。3.双方都是安全型的夫妻，建设性沟通最高，破坏性沟通、要求-退缩和互相回避沟通最低；双方都是不安全型的夫妻，建设性沟通最低，破坏性沟通、要求-退缩和互相回避沟通最高。4.硬情感主要中介安全-不安全型夫妻的依恋安全感与破坏性的沟通模式；特别地，丈夫的硬情感会增加双方破坏性沟通。5.软情感主要中介安全-不安全型夫妻的依恋安全感与建设性的沟通模式；特别地，妻子软情感会增加双方建设性沟通。6.冷情感在安全-不安全型夫妻和双方都是不安全型夫妻中都能够中介依恋与互相回避沟通；冷情感表达会增加双方互相回避沟通。7.冷情感在不安全-不安全型夫妻中还与硬情感有类似的功能，能够中介依恋与双方的破坏性沟通和要求-退缩沟通中的要求行为。

Marital communication is an important predictor of marital stability and satisfaction. It is an interesting and realistic issue about how to promote couples’ happiness through functional interaction. This study explored how attachment security and the combination of both partners’ attachment styles influence their communication patterns, and how couples affect mediate this relationship.Study 1 developed Communication Patterns Questionnaire through a pre-study of scale’s applicability for Chinese couples. Study 2 examined the influence of attachment and couple affect on communication patterns. Results were as follows:1. CPQ-Chinese Version was applicable for Chinese spouses. Couples reported high level of constructive communication, and relatively low level of destructive communication, demand- withdraw and mutual avoidance communication.2. Couples Emotion Rating Form-Chinese Version fitted a three-factor structure well. The scale also had a good reliability. Couples reported relatively high level of three types of negative affect during marital conflict, while wives were significantly higher than husbands in all three types of affect: hard emotion, soft emotion and flat emotion.3. Secure-secure couples reported the most constructive communication, and the least destructive communication, demand-withdraw and mutual avoidance. Insecure-insecure couples reported the least constructive communication, and the most of the other three.4. In secure-insecure couples, hard emotion, especially husbands’ hard emotion mediated attachment security and mutual destructive communication. Soft emotion, especially wives’ soft emotion mediated attachment security and mutual constructive communication.5. Flat emotion mediated attachment security and mutual avoidance in both secure-insecure and insecure-insecure couples.6. Flat emotion also mediated attachment security and destructive communication/ demand-withdraw in insecure-insecure couples, which served similar functions with hard emotion.
