人口老龄化已经成为不可忽视的重要事实，老年人是我们社会中重要的一部分。了解老年人的需求，为老年人提供养老服务变得日益重要。精神慰藉服务关系着老年人的心理健康，是养老服务中重要的一部分。已有的相关研究多为调查已有的精神慰藉服务，而未进行更深入的探索分析。本研究的目的为调查了解城市老年人的精神慰藉服务需求，以期能够为相关服务的提供提出参考性建议。采用了问卷调查法、访谈法展开调查。问卷主要使用自编“老年人精神慰藉服务需求问卷”，该问卷将精神慰藉服务分为文体娱乐服务项目、成长学习服务项目、价值实现服务项目和专业心理服务项目四大类，了解老年人对精神慰藉服务的了解、使用情况和需求程度。向北京市208位老年人发放问卷，同时了解这些老年人的背景因素、老化态度、抑郁与焦虑情况和生活满意度情况，从而进一步探索精神慰藉服务需求与人口学特征、心理因素之间的关系。 本研究发现了城市老年人对四类服务项目的需求值均在3.5分以上，需求最高的服务项目为文体娱乐服务，需求最低的服务项目为专业心理服务。不同特征的老年人在四类服务需求方面有显著差异。四类服务项目的需求与心理因素在一定程度上出现显著相关，老化态度越积极的老年人，精神慰藉服务需求越高；老年人的焦虑水平越高，对文体娱乐项目的服务需求越低；老年人的生活满意度越高，对价值实现服务项目的需求越高。研究结果表示了城市的老年人对精神慰藉方面的服务需求较高，要根据不同特征的老年人提供服务。

The aging of the population has become an important fact that cannot be ignored. The elderly are an important part of our society. Understanding the needs of the elderly and providing elderly care services for the elderly are increasingly important. Spiritual comfort services are related to the mental health of the elderly and are an important part of the aged care service. Most of the existing studies have investigated existing spiritual comfort services without further exploration and analysis. This study attempts to conduct research on the needs of elderly people for spiritual comfort services. Through interviews with the elderly, combined with literature readings, consultations with experts in the field of elderly care services are summarized. There are four categories of spiritual comfort services, namely, sports entertainment services and growth learning. Service items, value realization service items, and professional psychological service items. A “Questionnaire for Demand for Seniors' Mental Relief Service” was developed on its own initiative. Questionnaires were distributed to 208 senior citizens in Beijing. At the same time, they were able to understand the aging attitude, depression and anxiety, and life satisfaction of these elderly people to investigate and understand the spiritual comfort services of the elderly. Demand, and further explore the relationship between spiritual comfort and service needs and psychological factors. The study found that the demand for the four types of services for the elderly is more than 3.5 points. The elderly with different characteristics have significant differences in the four types of service needs. The psychological factors and the demand for spiritual comfort services have a certain degree of correlation. It shows that the elderly in the city have a higher demand for spiritual comfort services and they need to provide services according to different characteristics of the elderly.
