作为外来词，英源专有名词在借入汉语时往往采用音译的形式。为了尽可能准确、简单地进行音译，古今学者在对译辞书、译音字表等多方面进行了音译规则的探索，但往往受到方言、汉字表意系统、译者外语水平等多方面的影响。本研究通过文献研究法，梳理了汉外对译的研究成果，并重点分析了英源外来词的对音规则。进而通过比较研究法，对比分析英汉单个音素的发音情况，并结合语音的演变、对音实践等因素，分别按照发音部位和发音方法说明英汉辅音、元音的对音规则。尝试性归纳音素拼合规律和译字原则，形成“英语—汉语（普通话）—译字”层层对应的译音字表。本研究期望为英源外来词进入汉语系统提供可行的规范，有助于语言文字规范化的同时提升民间及学术交流的效率。

As loanwords, English proper nouns are often transliterated into Chinese. In order to ensure transliteration as accurate and simple as possible, scholars of ancient and modern times have explored the agreements from many aspects, such as the transliteration dictionaries and word lists, which are often affected by dialects, the ideographic system of Chinese characters, and the translator's foreign language level, etc. Based on empirical study, this paper analyzes phonetic translation rules of English loanwords. Moreover, through comparative study, the pronunciation of a single phoneme in English and Chinese is contrastively analyzed, combined with phonetic evolution and transliteration practice. English to Chinese phonetic translation rules of consonant and vowel pronunciation are explained according to the pronunciation position and method. Furthermore, the present paper tries to conclude the patterns of phoneme clusters and the corresponding Chinese characters, forming the applicable word list. This paper is expected to provide a feasible standard for English loanwords, which will help to standardize the language and improve the efficiency of communication.
