本文采用米尔顿•罗克奇(Milton Rokeach)编制的调查表,以高职院校的180名来自不同年级、不同地区的学生为样本采集对象,根据调查结果分析了高职院校学生真实的价值观现状,在调查问卷的第一组项目——终级性价值观的调查中,大部分学生选择“安全”类(包括合家欢乐、国家安全、世界和平)作为自己终极选择中最看重的方面,表明广大高职生的价值观主流上还是积极的,视野开阔,会寻求并关注在除“自我”意义之外的大社会,次重要类关注到“小我”的角落,(快乐、丰裕的物质生活、自由、平等)等项目,而对于生命的价值(社会承认)、人生的态度(内心的和谐),内心的崇高却是排在了最后类,表明在社会上的物质第一、拜金主义的风潮影响下,广大青年学生群体对现实功利的追求和内心的骚动,也折射出青年大学生内心对崇高的抛却,理想信念的缺失,是失去信仰的一代。在第二类工具性价值观调查中,为选择诚实、责任心的百分比最高,服从、逻辑的、爱的、自我控制的等道德或能力放在了最后的位置,表明高职类大学生个体行为的价值取向或价值偏向是自我的,缺乏理性的,从工具或品质性价值看,虽然广大高职学生的主流价值观是积极的,但是他们所看重的品质或者手段却并不是能真正达到他们的终极价值。本文以马克思关于“价值主体性思想”的理论为指导,从高职院校价值观的目标现状、手段现状、评价现状对此进行了理性分析,分析了造成现代高职院校价值观教育这种严峻现状的各种主要原因,即校方指导思想原因、教育者原因、学生主体原因和社会环境原因,提出要从根本上重视学生在教育中的主体地位,真正从认识上树立“以人为本”的教育理念,作为高职院校、管理者、教育教学者要摒弃对不同层次学生的传统偏见,因材施教,从“皮格马利翁效应”的故事中吸取经验教训,对学生的态度从冷淡转变为关怀、赞赏;人文教育与专业教育相融合,促进学生的和谐发展;以就业教育为导向,加强高职生对价值观教育重要性的认同,引深价值观教育;提高在校大学生的自省意识、信息鉴别能力及文化品位和审美能力,培育学生的自我教育理念。总之,要以积极的态度促进学生在学习生活中的正向成长,以此为高职院校的价值观教育提供一些一手资料和借鉴之处。

The paper uses the survey form by Milton Rokeach and collects 180 samples of students from different grades and places. It shows current situation of the values of students in vocational college according to results of the survey. In the first group item, the survey on the final values, most of the students choose "Security" which includes family happiness, national security and word peace as their final values; it shows the values of college students are positive and open, they firstly focus on the world and society, and secondly on the items of themselves like material life, equality and freedom. The items like social recognition and life attitude are ranked at the bottom. It shows the youths are utilitarian and restless. Some of them have abandoned their ideals and beliefs. In the second category of instrumental values, honesty and responsibility are ranked on the top and abilities like logic and self-control are ranked at the bottom. It shows that their values are self-centered and irrational. Their qualities and measures can not help them to reach their final values in spite of their positive values. Under the guidance of Marxist thought of main values, the paper analyses the values of vocational college from perspectives of purpose, methods and evaluations, summarizes current values education in college, they are influenced by educators, students, social environment and guiding principles. The education should focus on the students, teachers and school leaders should discard prejudices on different students, Lessons should be drawn from “the Pygmalion Effect” and students should be individualized, cared and praised. We should combine humanities education with professional education in order to promote harmonious development of the students, should emphasize the importance of values education, should also promote their abilities of introspect, information identification cultural taste and aesthetic. In a word, the positive attitude of the educators is necessary in terms of the growth of students. It provides some first-hand materials to education on the values of vocational college.
