在世界经济开始恢复的形势下，世界各国的贸易往来更加频繁，这使得物流行业的地位越发重要，但国际局势错综复杂，挑战于机遇并存。本次研究基于哈佛分析框架对华贸物流进行财务研究，希望为华贸物流及相似企业的发展战略提供借鉴，提升企业竞争力，有助于行业的发展。本文在简述华贸物流的基本状况后，从战略方面、会计方面、财务方面和前景方面分析公司目前的经营和发展现状，剖析出公司可能存在的部分问题，如业务操作与风险控制不规范、人才短缺、应收账款管理和运用外部资金能力有待提升的问题，并提出加强应收账款管理、提升运用外部资金能力、完善业务流程和人才管理体系的改善建议。

In the situation of the recovery of the world economy, the trade between countries in the world is more frequent, which makes the status of the logistics industry more and more important, but the international situation is complicated, challenges and opportunities coexist. Based on Harvard analysis framework, this study conducted financial research on Huamao logistics, Hope to provide reference for the development strategy of Huamao Logistics and similar enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and contribute to the development of the industry. After summarizing the basic situation of China Trade Logistics, this paper analyzes the current operation and development status of the company from the aspects of strategy, accounting, finance and prospect, and analyzes some possible problems of the company, such as non-standard business operation and risk control, talent shortage, receivables management and the ability to use external funds to be improved. And put forward to strengthen accounts receivable management, improve the ability to use external funds, improve the business process and talent management system improvement suggestions.
