遵义市体育高考生的本科录取率排名常年居于全省各地州中游位置，而遵义市正安县的体育高考生本科录取率一直以来都要高于全省总录取率十个百分点左右，并且正安县是2020年刚脱贫的国家级贫困县，教育资源和文化底蕴相对欠缺，正安县体育高考生可以取得如此优异的成绩，值得去探讨和研究正安县培养体育高考生的良好机制，同时也发掘仍然存在问题，以更加优化正安县体育高考生的培养和发展路径。现研究结果如下：正安县体育高考生训练积极性较高，体育高考成绩过线率较高。文化课基础差，文化成绩提升困难，从而影响了体育高考生本科录取率；教练员培养体育高考生福利待遇较好，内在动机充足，训练积极性较高，执教年限长，经验丰富。但是多数教练员没有运动技术等级，专业技能水平整体不高，训练方式较为单一滞后；正安县体育高考生“以赛代练”相对较好，多数同学有多次校外运动竞赛经历，比赛经验丰富，有利于体育高考正常发挥运动水平；教学管理上采用混合的方式，不对体育生单独编班，这有利于提升学习氛围和提升体育生的学习主动性，便于相互学习、请教，有利于体育高考生文化课成绩的提升；教练员都会进行体育选材，但是没有特定标准，往往只看身高。

对于正安县体育高考生存在问题提出以下建议：第一：重视体育选材，合理把控生源；第二：重视生理心理教育，提高学生积极性；第三：注重因材施教，确保文体并举；第四：加强学生管理，调节学训矛盾；第五：注重常练常赛，以赛代练；第六：树立正确观念，重视文化成绩。
