研究目的:观察业余网球运动员服用FDP、L- Carnitine、Gln营养补充剂对运动员身体机能的影响。FDP被视为细胞强壮剂应用于人体运动,改善心泵功能、增加酶活性、抗氧化作用及改善缺氧环境下运动机能等功能。L-Carnitine可改善脂肪代谢而加强氧供,提高有氧运动能力;还能清除过多乳酸,提高机体的无氧能力;提高运动能力与抗疲劳,促进疲劳恢复等能力。在运动过程中适当补充Gln有利于蛋白质的合成,保持骨骼肌的体积,增强肌肉力量。本实验采用以上三种营养补剂联合服用,目的是为更科学地对业余网球运动员进行营养干预和机能监控,提高运动成绩提供实验依据。研究方法:将湛江师范学院24名男性业余网球运动员,随机分为2组:单纯体能训练组(对照组)、体能训练+复合营养组(实验组),每组12名。两组观察对象均完成相同的网球技能训练计划和体能训练计划,共8周。实验组并进行营养干预。两组实验前、后均进行有氧能力和HR测定、无氧能力和BLa测定、身体素质指标测定、血清学指标(T、C、LDH、SOD、MDA)测定、红细胞形态及红细胞免疫指标测定。

Experimental objective: to observe the amateur tennis players taking the FDP, L - Carnitine, Gln nutritional supplements how it affects their body function. FDP cells is seen as a strong agent applied to human movement. It can improve heart pump function, increase the enzyme activity, antioxidant effect and improve the motor function of oxygen environment, etc. L - Carnitine can improve the fat metabolism and strengthen the oxygen supply. It can also improve the ability of aerobic exercise; It can remove too much lactic acid, improve the body's anaerobic ability; And it can improve exercise capacity and fatigue resistance, and promote the fatigue recovery ability. Appropriate complement of Gln in the process of movement is helpful for protein synthesis, and it can also keep the volume of skeletal muscle and enhance the muscle strength. This experiment adopts the above three kinds of joint taking supplements, aiming to a more scientific nutrition intervention and monitoring function on amateur tennis players, and to improve performance to provide experimental basis.Experimental method: 24 male amateur tennis players from Zhanjiang Normal College were randomly divided into 2 groups: Pure physical stamina training group (control group), physical training + compound nutrition complications (experimental group), 12 members for each group. The two groups were to completed the same tennis skills training and physical training plans for a total of 8 weeks. The experimental group were under a nutrition intervention at the same time. Two experiments were performed before and after aerobic capacity and determination of HR and anaerobic ability and BLa, determination of physical quality index and serological indexes (T, C, LDH, SOD, MDA) determination of red blood cells, red blood cell morphology and immune index determination.
