社团是大学生锻炼自身能力、拓宽活动范围、参与社会公益服务的重要载体,然而高校社团在人力资源管理中往往忽视组织职业生涯管理,容易引发成员的工作倦怠。研究采用问卷调查法,对龙立荣等开发的组织职业生涯管理量表(OCMQ)以及Maslach等开发的工作倦怠量表(MBI)进行本土化和情景化,后收集了219份有效问卷,采用SPSS 21.0统计软件对数据进行信度、描述性统计、方差、相关和回归分析。研究结果表明,组织职业生涯管理水平与工作倦怠水平呈显著负相关;组织职业生涯管理的各子维度与工作倦怠各子维度的关系与前人相关研究结果不同,公平晋升、重视培训和职业自我认知这三个子维度与情感衰竭、非人性化、成就感低和工作倦怠负相关,而提供信息维度与工作倦怠正相关;组织职业生涯管理水平、成员工作倦怠水平及各子维度在人口统计变量“参加社团时长”和“社团身份”上有差异。

College associations are significant platforms for college students to involve in the society, to enrich their experiences and to enhance competency. This research focuses on finding the relationship between organizational career management of college associations and job burnout of students, which contributes to the improvement of management efficiency.
The thesis localized Organizational Career Management Questionnaire, OCMQ (Long Lirong) and Maslach Burnout Inventory, MBI (Maslach & Jackson). Afterwards, it collected 219 valid samples and recorded into date. Reliability analysis, factor analysis of variance, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were all employed with SPSS 21.0. The conclusion includes: a. organizational career management of college associations has a significantly negative correlation with job burnout of students; b. sub-dimensions of the organizational career management have a negative correlation with job burnout, including fair promotion, training, and self-cognition on career; nevertheless, the sub-dimension, information provision, shows a positive correlation with job burnout; c. among the demographic variables, the “duration” and “title” both cause variance in the dependence and independence.
