脑一机接口(BCI)技术旨在不依赖脑的正常输出通道,即外周神经和肌肉的信息传输通道,通过采集和分析人脑生物电信号,在人脑与计算机或其它电子设备之间建立起直接交流和控制的通道。它为思维正常但有运动障碍的人提供与外部环境进行交流和控制的途径。有关研究方兴未艾,正成为前沿热点。 本文研究在BC12000系统平台之上,通过扩展其功能实现一个BCI 雏形系统。BCI2000是一个用于脑一机接口(BCI)研究的可扩展的多功能软件平台。它能用于数据采集、听觉视觉诱发呈现和大脑意识监控等。目前,全世界90多个实验室已经使用 BCI2000系统平台。基于BCI2000的脑一机接口(BCI)是近年来一个热门的研究领域。大量在BCI2000软件平台上进行的实验研发取得了成功。 首先,本论文较为详细的介绍了BCI的发展现状,并对BCI的原理、研究内容、方法和意义进行阐述;其次,本论文介绍了BCI2000系统平台的特点及其模块特点;然后,在前两个方面分析的理论基础上,对BCI2000系统平台进行测试实验,并加入低通滤波器模块和视觉诱发模块;最后对本论文所做工作进行总结,并为后一阶段基于BCI2000的开发扩展和在线BCI系统的实现打下了坚实的基础。

1。A brain-computer interface(BCI)is a communication system that depend on the brain's normal output pathways of peripheral nerves and muscles.That is,the message is gotten by analyzing electroencephalography(EEG)data from human brain. It represents a new communication option for those suffering from neuromuscular impairment that prevents them from using conventional communication methods. This new approach has been developing quickly during the last years. In this work, research and experiments focus on the implementation of the prototype of BCI based on the BCI2000 software. BCI2000 is a general-purpose platform for Brain-Computer Interface(BCI)research.It can also be used for data acquisition, auditory and visual stimulus presentation, and brain monitoring purposes. To date, BCI2000 has been adopted by more than 90 laboratories around the world that use the system for a variety of studies. BCI based on the BCI2000 is a hot research subject in recent years. A number of BCI system experiments based on BCI2000 have been successful. The remainder of the thesis is organized as follows. Section 1 introduces the BCI on its development status、principle、methods and so on.In section 2,mainly reviews the BCI2000 platform and its modules'features.Based on the content of the first two sections and the theory of BCI2000 platform, the experiments that add our own low-pass filter and an visual stimulus presentation module into the BCI2000 system are described detail in 3rd section. And final in Section 4, we conclude with some future extensions to our work. The study on BCI2000 has laid a solid foundation for the research of BCI system.
