教育领域在快速迭代更新的互联网技术带来的互联网时代中发生了日新月异的改变，网络模式下的舞蹈教学在舞蹈教育研究中便自然而然的成为了舞蹈教育界的重点关注内容。在对高校网络模式下舞蹈普及教学探索的过程中，笔者从中发现了传统现场课堂教学的优势所在，但也显露出了其自身的弊端，互联网时代的网络课程依托线上优势为此提出了破局之道。网络课程将传统教学进行革新后具有多项优势，但不可否认的是，现如今我国高校开展网络模式下的舞蹈普及教学仍具有一定局限性。为进一步了解网络模式下的舞蹈教学在高校普及教育中的现状，分析和提升舞蹈教学的网络课程。本文针对高校普及性舞蹈教学、高校网络模式下舞蹈课程的教学质量和学生习得效果进行了调查研究，以推进舞蹈网络课程的进一步发展，为高校舞蹈普及课程的发展建设提供建议。

This paper investigates and studies the teaching quality of dance courses in colleges and universities, the teaching quality of dance courses under the college network mode, and the effects of students' acquisition, in order to promote the further development of dance online courses and provide suggestions for the development and construction of college dance courses.
