随着企业社会责任这一概念自西方国家引入中国，我国大部分企业均意 识到盈利应与履行社会责任并驾齐驱，但企业社会责任信息披露却仍处于发 展阶段，存在待解决问题。银行业是金融主体行业，对国民经济有极大影响， 涉及众多利益相关者。因此银行业作为领头羊，在稳定运营同时，应兼顾社会 责任的践行与内容披露，以求长远发展。 

本文从企业社会责任信息披露角度入手，通过案例研究，分析 A 股上市 银行披露的社会责任报告，挖掘信息披露存在的问题，并给予建议。

With the introduction of the concept of CSR into China from Western countries, most enterprises in China are aware that the drive for profit has to be accompanied by a concern for social responsibility, but CSR information disclosure is still in the development stage, there are problems to be solved. Banking industry is a major financial sector that has a great impact on the national economy. It involves many stakeholders. Therefore, banking industry, as a leader, should active in social responsibility and disclosure it comprehensively, in order to achieve long-term development. 

This paper analyses the social responsibility reports disclosed by the banking industry from the perspective of CSR disclosure and uses a case study to explore the problems of social responsibility disclosure of listed banks and finally give suggestions.
