新疆是个多民族地区，良好的民族关系是地区稳定的重要保证。民族偏见和刻板印象是影响民族交往的心理因素，因此本研究通过经典的内隐偏见范式，对新疆维汉两个民族的信任偏见、攻击性偏见和表情识别偏见进行了研究。结果发现维汉两族都具有信任偏见，相比异族都更加信任本族，汉族的信任偏见程度更高；同时维族认为本民族的攻击性更高，而汉族没有明显偏向，维族罪犯认为本族的攻击性更高，其程度显著的高于普通的维汉被试；两个民族都对汉族的恐惧表情更加敏感，维族被试相对汉族被试敏感程度更高。综合三种偏见的结果，表明攻击性偏见在三种偏见中对社会的破坏性最大，在维汉都彼此不信任的情况下，维族的行为模式偏向攻击，而汉族的行为模式偏向警惕。信任偏见是民族交往的核心，维族被试的信任偏见与其世居的地区，居住的民族环境，有关，而汉族被试则与其性别和移民背景有关。

For there are many nationalities live in Xinjiang, harmonious national relationships are important to regional stability of Xinjiang. National prejudice and stereotype are psychological factors which influence national contacts. In the present study, Han’s and Uyghur’s national prejudice of trust, aggression and expression recognition have been measured with classics tests. The results showed that Han and Uyghur don’t trust each other, and compared with Uyghur, Han distrust outgroup member more. Besides, in the test of aggression prejudice, Uyghur thought they are more aggressive, while Han have no significant bias. It is worthwhile to note that the criminals have the greater aggression prejudice than ordinary participants. Han and Uyghur are both sensitive to Han’s fear expression when expressions are ambiguous, and Uyghur shows greater sensitive to perceive fear in Han face than Han. Taken together, aggression prejudice of in-group members is related to destructive actions. In the distrust relationship of Uyghur and Han, there are different behavior tendencies of Uyghur and Han, which Uyghur are aggressive and Han are alert.Trust is considered a key to improve national relationships, present study found that Uighurs from different areas of Xinjiang have different level of trust prejudice. And the percentages of Han in neighborhood also influence Uyghur’s trust prejudice significantly. For Han, immigrants in recent years have lower trust prejudice than that who were bone in Xinjiang, and male Han Chinese have lower than female.
