阅读是知识传承与文化的延续，是构建和谐社会的重要保证，同时也是成就人生的重要途径。通过阅读，人的知识储备、人生价值观及思维方式都会发生极大的变化。当代大学生作为祖国未来的栋梁之材，正处在世界观、人生观及价值观转型的重要时期，这一时期的阅读行为对他们的成长有重要的影响。而高校图书馆拥有多种类型、各种载体的文献资源，是广大读者汲取知识的最佳场所。阅读辅导是高校图书馆的服务内容之一，面对当代大学生的阅读行为和习惯，高校图书馆的阅读推广工作迫切需要重新定位。本文首先归纳阅读推广的相关理论，并在问卷调查的基础上分析大学生的阅读行为，分析了影响其行为的三种因素：阅读心理、信息素养和网络活动。其次介绍了阅读推广工作的前期准备、中期实施及后期评价三个阶段。并通过问卷调查，对我国985高校图书馆和获得全民阅读奖高校图书馆的阅读推广工作现状进行分析；通过网络调查对重点高校图书馆阅读推广工作的数字化行为进行分析。接下来主要通过实际案例，总结阅读推广工作较突出的高校图书馆的优秀经验；再在前文的基础上，分析我国高校图书馆阅读推广的特点及不足。最后，依据高校图书馆开展阅读推广工作的三个阶段，构建阅读推广的发展对策，并提出建议和保障措施，旨在推动我国高校图书馆阅读推广的理论研究进一步深入、阅读推广实践活动进一步规范和常态化。

Reading can passed on knowledge and culture, can build a harmonious society, and is also one of the important way for people to get to success. With reading, people's knowledge base, values and ways of thinking of life will be radically changed. As the hopeful of our country in the future, university students are in an important period which forming the sense of value and philosophy and the view of life. So, during this period, students reading behavior have a significant impact on their growth. University library has a variety of types of literature resources and is the best place for students to learn the knowledge. University Library should shoulder the responsibilities of reading guidance and this make university library’s reading promotion is imperative.Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theory of reading promotion and analyzes the reading behavior of college students and proposes three reasons for this kind of behavior: reading psychology, information literacy and network activity，introduces three stages of reading promotion working: preparation, interim implementation and post-assessment and analyzes the working status of three working stages about first-class universes and got nationwide reading award’s universities library’s by the questionnaire. Then, the paper analyzes the digital status of universities library’s reading promotion working by web survey. In the forth chapter, the paper summarizes the excellent experience through some actual cases of outstanding working’s library; analyzes the features and inadequate of university library's reading promotion working on the basis of foregoing. Finally, the paper give the development countermeasure which proposes some targeted suggestions according to the three stages of reading promotion working and also gives some safeguard measures for the development countermeasure. This paper riches the theoretical research and practical experience of our university library’s reading promotion.
