随着我国市场经济的不断发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。为了保持竞争优势,就必须不断强化自己的核心竞争力,而培训作为塑造核心竞争力的手段之一也越来越多的受到企业的关注。
近年来Q公司所在的行业市场环境越来越恶劣,竞争越来越激烈,Q公司为了保持竞争优势开展了大量的培训工作,但是由于培训体系不完善,导致培训的实际效果欠佳。如何构建科学的培训体系,使培训效果更好,是Q公司目前亟待解决的问题。
本课题通过对国内外相关理论进行借鉴,对Q公司的人力资源状况进行调研,充分了解了Q公司的人力资源特点,并对相关数据进行整理分析。深度考察了Q公司培训体系的现实情况,从目标维度、支撑维度、流程维度对培训体系的组织情况、培训课程情况、培训教材管理情况、培训讲师情况、培训流程执行情况等多方面进行调研。汇总、整理调研数据,探究Q公司培训体系中存在的问题,并对问题成因进行分析。在此基础上结合现代人力资源管理的优秀理论,对Q公司的培训体系做了相应的优化设计。具体来说:本文从查找Q公司培训体系存在的问题入手,发现Q公司存在培训认知偏差、培训课程设计粗犷、培训教材陈旧、培训师资欠缺等问题。而后对发现的问题进行详细的成因分析,在此基础上从目标维度、支撑维度、流程维度分别提出了相应的优化措施,包括建立专职培训部门、完善培训制度、细分培训课程、重新梳理培训教材、优化培训讲师体系等。从而为Q公司搭建专属的、科学的培训体系,进而促进Q公司员工业务素质提升,实现Q公司长远发展。

As with further development of market-oriented economy, training has been treated as a core method for companies which can do good to facing nowadays competition and maintaining competitive advantages. Q company, the target we are going to research, is facing the same situation. For the purpose of keeping its competitive strengths, Q company has carried out a lot of trainings. Due to the imperfect training mechanism, the actual effect of training is not satisfying. How to improve the training mechanism and enhance the influence of training is the problem Q company needs to deal with.
According to the relevant worldwide theories, the human resources situation of Q company as well as data analysis, this research deeply inspects the reality of Q company's staff training system to explore the existing problem from several aspects including objective dimension, supporting dimension and procedure dimension of the organization of training system, the training courses, the management of training materials, the trainers as well as the implementation of the training process, etc. Based on these problems, this research uses the excellent theories of modern human resources management to optimize the training system of Q company and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures. The results express some weaknesses that the deviation of employees' perception of training, the extensive design of training courses, the outdated training textbooks, the lack of trainers and training process. On this basis, the corresponding optimization measures are proposed from the target dimension, the support dimension and the process dimension, Meanwhile, the research try to provide the corresponding solutions through the establishment of training special departments, perfect training system, subdividing training courses, reorganizing training materials, and optimizing the trainer system, so as to build a unique, scientific and efficient training system for Q company which contribute to promote the quality of Q company employees and realize the long-term development of Q company.
