城市绿地是城市中最接近自然生态系统的区域，当今城市化飞速发展，城市绿地的价值越来越重要。本文从不同角度阐述了城市绿地的生态效益，并运用工程替代法、恢复费用法等对北京世纪坛公园绿地生态效益的间接使用价值进行了评估及货币化。论文选取了释氧价值、吸硫价值、滞尘价值和蓄水价值4个指标进行评估，得出世纪坛绿地生态效益约为214052.5元/年。同时，以房地产价格为例，阐述了城市绿地的社会影响，分析了绿地生态效益的辐射效果，指出了城市绿地在城市规划中的重要性以及今后城市绿地的发展趋势。

Urban Green Space(UGS) is the most similar part to natural environment in cities. The value Urban Green Space is now becoming much more important in this rapidly urbanizing China. This article elaborate the ecological effectiveness of UGS from different points of view, while evaluating and monetizing the ecological effectiveness of UGS in China Millennium Monument Park using Project Alternatives Method and Restoration Costs Method. The article evaluates UGS's ecological effectiveness using Oxygen Releasing Value, Sulfur Adsorption Value, Dust Blocking Value and Water Saving Value as indicators. Result shows that the ecological effectiveness values 214052.5 yuan per year. Moreover, we use the rates as an example to reveal the Radiation Effects of UGS. To sum up, we point out that UGS will play an very important part in City Planning and put forward the evolvement's trend of future UGSs. Finally, we make several suggestions about the construction planning of Urban Green Space.
