研究背景:在后疫情时代,处于人生特殊发展时期的大学生们的负性情绪问题变得更加严重也更加值得关注。由于高校心理咨询的资源有限,如何通过艺术治疗自助干预的方式对大学生的负性情绪进行干预,以此来缓解高校心理咨询中心的压力,为更多的大学生提供便捷的心理服务是本研究关注的问题。研究目的:本研究设计了两个子研究,研究一验证艺术治疗自助干预的可实施性,研究二运用修订后的实施方案进行大学生负面情绪干预效果的研究。研究方法:首先通过某高校官方微信公众号招募被试,对被试进行艺术治疗自助活动体验,运用质性研究方法,通过访谈了解艺术治疗自助手册是否可以实施,以及确认该手册需要改进的地方。其次通过量化研究验证艺术治疗自助手册是否能够有效改善大学生的负性情绪,以及使用不同的方式进行自助干预是否存在差异。 研究结果如下: 第一,研究一结果显示,艺术治疗自助手册能够改善大学生的负性情绪,如减少疲惫感、焦虑情绪等,并且增加他们的积极情绪体验,使其更快乐、获得成就感等。艺术治疗自助手册的指导语、插图和艺术模板等各方面基本完善,能够帮助大学生进行艺术治疗心理自助。研究者对手册存在的不足进行了修改与完善。 第二,研究二结果发现,使用修改后的艺术治疗自助手册进行自助干预,大学生的负性情绪得到显著改善,抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪及心理压力的水平均显著降低。同时发现,结构化自助干预与非结构化的完全自助干预效果不存在显著差异,说明能够使用该艺术治疗自助手册进行无专家指导的自助干预也能够达到效果。 |

In the post-epidemic period, the mental health problems of college students are becoming more serious and deserve more attention. Due to the limited resources of psychological counseling in colleges and universities, the main concern of this study is to reduce negative emotions of college students through art therapy self-help interventions, which is believed to relieve the pressure that the counsellors in colleges face and offer mental health services to more college students. Two studies were designed in this study. The aim of our first study is to find out if the activities designed in the art therapy self-help manual can reduce negative emotions in college students, and if there was anything that needed improvements in the art therapy self-help manual. In this study, participants were recruited through the official WeChat account. Participants were required to finish two random art making activities in the manual, and an interview was conducted after they finished the activities. The aim of the second research is to explore whether the art therapy self-help manual can effectively alleviate negative emotions of the college students, and whether there were differences in the use of different types of self-help interventions. Three different inventories were used to examine the efficiency of the intervention. The specific research findings are as follows: First, the results of qualitative research show that after finishing the activities in the art therapy self-help manual, the negative emotions of college students were reduced and their positive emotions were increased, making them happier and getting a sense of accomplishment. The illustrations, templates and other aspects of art therapy self-help manual are perfect enough to guide college students to finish the art-making activities. Although the manual has some shortcomings, it has been modified and improved. Secondly, it is found that by using the modified art therapy self-help manual for self-help intervention, the negative emotions of college students were reduced and the score of depression, anxiety and psychological pressure between pre-activity and post-activity were significantly decreased. There is no significant difference between the effect of structured self-help intervention with and self-help intervention alone, indicating that using the art therapy self-help manual without structured guidance can also effectively reduce negative emotions of the college students. |
