家庭沟通质量与青少年成长的心理健康、行为习惯密切相关。本研究结合媒介依赖理论、自尊水平，探究家庭沟通模式与青少年的游戏依赖的关系。研究通过网络问卷方式共收集有效样本数据 366 份，通过统计分析，研究发现：首先，尊重意见差异，强调自由表达和平等交流的“对话定向”家庭沟通模式与游戏成瘾倾向呈显著负相关，而更强调家长权威，缺乏平等对话的“服从定向”沟通模式与游戏成瘾倾向呈正相关；其次，青少年自尊水平在家庭沟通模式与青少年游戏成瘾倾向中起部分中介作用：对话定向家庭沟通模式下，青少年的自尊水平更高，游戏成瘾倾向更低；而服从定向家庭沟通模式下，青少年的自尊水平更低，游戏使用成瘾倾向越强。除此之外，媒介依赖诉求在家庭沟通与青少年游戏成瘾中存在显著调节作用，其中不同类型的媒介依赖诉求在不同家庭沟通模式中的作用机制也有不同。
 

The quality of family communication is closely related to the psychologicalhealth and behavioral habits of adolescent growth. This study combines MediaSystem Dependency Theory and self-esteem to explore the relationship between family communication patterns and adolescent game dependence. The study collected a total of 366 valid sample data through online questionnaires and
conducted statistical analysis. The findings are as follows: First, the conversation orientation is significantly negatively correlated with game addiction tendencies,while the Conformity Orientation is positively correlated with adolescent game addiction tendencies; Secondly, adolescent self-esteem plays a partial mediating role
in the relationship between Family Communication Patterns and adolescent game addiction tendency: under conversation orientation family communication Patterns,the higher the score of conversation orientation dimension, the higher the selfesteem level of adolescents, and the lower their game addiction tendency; Under the conformity orientation communication family patterns, the lower the self-esteem level of adolescents, the stronger their tendency to become addicted to gaming. In addition, media dependence demands have a significant moderating effect on family communication and adolescent gaming addiction, with different types of media dependence demands having different mechanisms of action in different family communication patterns.
